Is the Tripple A format even big enough to support an album launch? What is the harm in going for adds at any format...If it flops it flops, but at least they tried!  |

Well, I don't know if it's going for Hot AC adds or not. I think this song is more suitable there than 'Everything' was but I pretty much only keep track of Triple A going-for-adds anyway.
And I hope Alanis isn't worried about getting radio hits. Then she'll make a super awesome CD! I'm hoping this new one is super awesome! And I'm sure it'll go for adds on Hot AC eventually!

It SHOULD be released to Hot AC, because she still gets major airplay there. Everything peaked at No. 4, and Crazy, which was only promoting her greatest hits album, peaked at No. 9.
Airplay will really help this album sell... with So Called Chaos, she did a HOT AC radio tour, so that is obviously her target audience.

I'm sure this will get a Hot AC release though. When is the album out? Is there anything on AllAccess for Hot AC yet?

The albums out on June 10th...
AllAccess says it goes to AAA on Apirl 22, but isn't even listed for Hot AC :(

Wow I had no idea Crazy was even released to radio there...and then to go Top 10 was pretty good!
It's starting to pick up spins at AAA before the adds date.

It's got 13 spins on AC, but that might just be from a HOT AC leaning station, which is still a good sign for overall HOT AC.

Jump is like a chart based on trends. So the #1 Jump song is the greatest gainer. #2 is second greatest gainer, and so on.

It's doing pretty well on iTunes... No. 30 on Pop and No. 80 Overall. In Canada, it's the No. 5 overall!
So if you haven't downloaded it, do so! It's hopefully going to chart pretty well this week :)
It's showing promise at radio too, considering it isn't going for adds at anything other than aaa, and that's not until 4-22
