I used inverse points for each week a song spent in the top 30, and didn't remove songs to recurrent until they dropped below #15 (even though the usual chart does this when they drop below #10)

In the top 10, our lists are pretty similar, with the biggest difference being "Secrets" (#8 on mine, #25 on yours). Outside of the top 10, you start to see differences of 20 or more positons, like "Dynamite" (#30 on my list, #52 on yours).

I think the difference in recurrent rules can explain how "September" was at #64 on my list but didn't make your list.

I would predict for 2012, "Good Life" won't make your list but will be between #50 and #70 on my list.

Disappointment for Adele and Rachel Platten, as "Set Fire To The Rain" and "1000 Ships" came in at #101 and #103 on my chart. How did they do on yours?

Here is my Rick Dees calendar year inverse points chart that I posted earlier in the Rick Dees thread for comparison sake. Both charts are pretty close, with a few notable exceptions (Rihanna, Taio Cruz, etc.). Shifting the year by a month or two definitely makes a big difference for some songs.

Well, better late than never I guess. :) As promised, I recalculated the top 100 songs of all time on the Hot AC chart (through 2011). On the old method, "Rolling in the Deep" didn't make it. However, on the revised chart, the song is top 50. :)
