I can't believe this may do worse than "Not Myself Tonight". I wasn't sold on this becoming a huge hit but I definitely thought it would out peak NMT easily .

That's because songs above it have been dropping the last few days. But it could be gaining on iTunes, who knows.

Not looking good at all with that update. The song is so much more catchy than NMT so it's frustrating to see it not do any better. At least the song has been doing pretty well so far in Canada, though; it has consistently been in the top 15 on iTunes here.

WTF?? If this doesnt become a hit im going to be pissed. It truky baffles me how some of the music on radio is so big and yet you have a song like this thats just becoming overshadowed, UNLESS its a sleeper. who knows? This should have been released in spring. Its weird that a station will play a Britney song just because its a Britney song, but its different for Christina. I dont understand why.

Last time, she brushed the flop off her shoulder because she had to focus on Burlesque. If this flops, I wonder what she''ll say this time.
It's not looking good. How long has it been since she's had a decent hit?

What would be considered a "hit," though? It's appeared in the top 40 on the Hot 100. I don't think it ever really had a great shot at top 10 on the Hot 100 or at pop radio. Of "The Voice" judges, Maroon 5 clearly is the act with the most mainstream appeal.

Hopefully she has a follow-up with the same strong production and vocals; but with a more suitable theme and lyrics that will appeal to the masses. She got the video right by being playful and fun; but the lyrics are probably still too much for radio coming from Christina.

I honestly think this might be the end for her at Top 40 radio. Something is just not clicking, and the interest PDs have in her has been drastically declining since 2006. Her career is in such a strange place, and what's unfortunate is I feel like it's this way because of several bad decisions made on her part over the years, as well as her team.
I don't even know what type of single she could release next that would garner any type of interest. These sexual songs are definitely not working, and a ballad would be DOA. Without hearing the album, her best bet might be to release something "inspirational," but not boring. Maybe that "Army of Me" song she spoke about in the Billboard article could work, since it seems like it will be in the same vein as "Fighter" and "Beautiful;" both of which stick out in her catalog as favorites.

I think maybe going for more P!nk/Kelly Clarkson type rock-infused pop material would be much better than trying Ke$ha/Katy Perry electro dance pop stuff she's currently going for.

The lack of promotion here is just laughable. It's as if her label honestly thinks she would have a hands down, no promo smash with the state her career is in.

Hah.
On the latest kworb update, EVERY. SINGLE. SONG. gets a red or a white update, until Christina's Your Body, which gets a green update and vaults up to #36.
It still feels like this is catching on and gaining buzz.

This is sort of what happened to Mariah circa 2000 with Pop PDs - they reacted poorly to Mariah constantly forcing a sexy (and perceived cheap) image via videos and it became a turn-off. Somehow early Madonna skated through that 'boycott'.

The song isn't the issue.. it's the marketing, and promotion that seems to be nonexistent.

The song is so damn good that I think they were expecting it to magically take off without any promo -- That's not happening. They released it at the wrong time with too much competition.
If this does flop (and I don't think it's all said and done at this point), I really don't think there's any hope for any future singles from the album. This HAS to be a hit if she wants to sustain any type of career as a pop artist. This is her make or break single.
Maybe they are planning on saving her performance on "The Voice" for the second single.

I don't think it's even close to it being a "make or break" single, but they could've handled it better.

She just needs to do a few radio interviews at the major markets to spark more interest. Silence doesn't help a song propel.

I heard this tonight for the first time. She's finally picking up where she left off with "Stripped." I've never been a big fan, but this is legit. Her voice doesn't sound weathered anymore, and I know it's a Max Martin song, but she makes it unmistakably her own.
