So wow it has been nearly 6 years. It would be awesome to see her have a comeback. I always love a good comeback story especially from one of our very talented pop stars from the late 90s/early 2000s time period.

That is your opinion. What may be a good build up/hook for you may not be for others. I think "All I want to do is f**k your body" is a weak chorus. There is no excitement. And I find that "We Found Love" & "Glad You Came" far more exciting to listen to because both are catchy & have great instrumentals. There is no hook for me on this song. That is my opinion of course. Hope you can handle it and not deem it senseless b/c it doesn't agree with yours. I think there's not liking a song, or not caring for a song, and just being senseless. *I* think your opinion makes no sense. And that's just *my* opinion. It's like saying fun.'s "Some Nights" isn't good and forgettable because there's no final chorus, or "Give Your Heart A Break" would be better if it wasn't so wordy. I mean, um, okay.

Oh, and again, my #1 concern with Pop radio for this song is I think there are different standards held for male artists vs. female artists in terms of sexually explicit songs on the radio. I'm worried that this song's appeal is going to be too narrow -- a minority of people are going to L.O.V.E. it but most others will be like "egh".
I guess I'm still haunted by Candyman. :x That horrendous radio edit, that a horrendous radio edit had to be made in the first place. One of her best songs ever, and another victim of the dreaded #11-on-iTunes curse (that also happned with Hurt), preventing a much stronger peak.

Love this even more in HQ! Hoping (but not expecting) for a Top 10 hit on CHR/Pop.

Loves it, BUT what is the difference between the demo and the final mix?

The demo is not HQ and this one is, that's your difference.

I'm not a Christina fan by any means but... this knocks! My favorite single of hers since "Genie In A Bottle." Yes, that far back

This song is definitely my favorite uptempo of hers since Candyman.
(I thought Ain't No Other Man and Candyman were terrific.)

I am one of the few freaks who liked Keeps Getting Better so I guess it is my favorite uptempo since then. I mean, it wasn't the best song ever, but it was on my workout playlist for like, a year.

Even though im not here for pop songs, this is a good song with good vocals and i hope she has a comeback to hush all the haters, even though iam just a casual fan of hers and only like a few songs i always have and will respect her talent.

This grew on me a lot. I love it, and I hope it can at least go Top 5 at CHR/Pop (which would make it her first as a lead artist since "Can't Hold Us Down").

I was just reading through the first few pages of this thread. The obesity rampage lmao... Good times.
RCA has been sitting on this song for nearly a year now. I wonder why they didn't release it to coincide with S2 of The Voice though? I'm guessing since the album wasn't finished? Doesn't really make sense otherwise.
I'm hoping we'll get a press release this week with an adds date. It's gotta be coming this week or next. There's no point in waiting anymore since the song has leaked and there have been numerous reports about her album being released later this year... C'mon already!

I am assuming it will go to radio as soon as it premieres on The Voice the 18th.

Just for funsies Not Myself Tonight Pop Radio-14 First week sales-77K Total Sales-370K+ Billboard Peak-23
So...the bar really isn't set that high for this to outperform her last lead single. I am hoping for a million+ total sales, billboard peak of top 15, and pop peak of top 10.

I am assuming it will go to radio as soon as it premieres on The Voice the 18th. Has that been confirmed? It's entirely possible that the third episode of 'The Voice' that's been added to this week's lineup could feature the performance. I don't know if that'd be the best idea, though. I know they're trying to botch The X Factor's numbers by adding that show, but the ratings will still be a bit lower considering it will be the third night in a row that it's on AND people will definitely be tuning in for Britney on the X Factor. I'd personally like them to wait until the 18th just so there isn't anything overshadowing the premiere performance. I forgot she has that Twitter Q&A on Wednesday. I can't imagine they're going to bother doing that and not drop some ounce of info. Guess we'll see in a few days!

Doesn't really make sense otherwise. They were probably concerned about her image both professionally and physically. She is back to looking glamorous and is getting in shape.

She does seem to have had a bit of a makeover, but her weight really hasn't changed all that much in the past few months. I guess she looks better than she did at the AMA's last year (still pretending that didn't happen), but some of those shots from the video set were just . But yes, the image controversy was probably a big part in the hold off. She seems to be on the right path and obviously has a lot of people invested in her at the label. I really think this is going to be a great era for her. Can't wait for everything to get started!

This song just doesn't go anywhere. It loses me after the first verse. It's just blahhh.... They need to go back and get some better writing. This is just kinda lame. I mean seriously.

but she knows how to sell sex (not that this is a good thing), Christina doesnt. I stopped reading after that. Were you born after the "Stripped" era? Did you listen to "Dirrty" & "Get Mine, Get Yours"? HELL she was even asking her lover to "rub her the right way" on Genie In A Bottle.... Christina commercially brought back sex to the music scene (after Madonna). The whole controversy thing. Your argument is 100% invalid. Anyway, I really hope this song turns out to be a smash cuz it deserves to be one. It's got everything that a "radio hit" needs.

I like this song. This is the best song she has had out since the "Back To Basics" era. I think this will become a hit with the promotion with the show "The Voice". A performance on the show will make this song go to top of the itunes.

My anthem at the moment. Once people get past the fact it's an Xtine single, people will be jamming to this.

I hate that people think that singers with big voices should only sing ballads and slow song. GET. THE. FUCK. OUT.
