Assuming 2 of the 3 are on at once, then 2 of the 4, 3 of the 5, etc. It will speed up at first, then slow down again.

I first read it like the first three got to pick the remaning six, and even once they started adding members, only the inital three could vote, but after reading your post then going back and re-reading the rules it sounds like each time a member is enlightened they will have a say along with the other enlightened members in the next enlightenment.
I get it, i think.

@mod: when the 3 enlightened people pick the 4th to enlighten, do then all 4 work to enlighten the 5th, and all 5 work for the 5th, etc., or just the first 3 for all 6 others?
