The worst song on the album. I thought it was one of her worst songs ever until American Life was released. Now she's released albums where I like this more than 90% of the songs on them.

This is OK as album filler and probably would have had decent airplay, but I'm glad it wasn't released as a single.

It's a nice filler you can jam to.

^Yes. But, not enough to dent any airplay chart.

Love it. This song always gets so much sh*t and it is probably the worst song on BS. That being said, it's cute, catchy and summery. And it speaks to the overall strength of that album that this is the weakest it had to offer. It's right in line with some of her more mindless party songs (WTP, CAC, CS etc.) and there's nothing wrong with that. Probably would have made a good single choice, although I'm glad they released higher quality songs instead.

Easily my least favorite track on the album. The lyrics and melody, specifically, are its downfall. The sound/instrumentation is solid.

This is one of my least favorites from her entire catalogue of songs and from the Bedtime Stories. The lyrics are what kill it for me. It's just so terribly basic. It might work as an album track for some random nobody but not for Madonna. Little did we know we would get "Superstar" nearly 18 years later that was even worse. The production on the instrumental is decent though.

I like this song alot actually. May not be her best song vocally, but it's a feel good type of song.

I've always really enjoyed it- it's a very nice groove. While it's not the best song off the album, I do think her fans are pretty hard on this one.

My local Hot AC station in Philly played this in high rotation as though it was the next single after "Take A Bow". They didn't care for "Bedtime Stories" and had loved the song when the album came out in late 1994. I had heard rumors that WB wanted it to be a single but Madonna said no.

I always liked this. It’s probably my 4th or 5th favorite from “Bedtime Stories”. I hadn’t noticed the lyrics were “basic”, but I suppose they are. It doesn’t really bother me though except maybe the “ laddie da-die” line. The production is pretty hot though.
