It's like a cross between "When Love Takes Over" and Agnes' "I Need You Now." I really do love the track, strong melody, but I feel like the vocals could have been a lot more exciting.

What a great summer anthem-like song! I disagree with esoteric76, I think the vocals are soaring, inspirational, beautiful, perfect for the song. GREAT SONG!!

I do like Kimberley Locke's voice in general. I think it's appealing, and I've met her and she is quite a lovely person. I just think that this song should have had more vocal "moments." Just feels like it's missing a money note. Regardless, it should go to #1 if fate allows, and i'm sure many more remixes will emerge. I'm glad ccarter1023 loves it though! It is still pretty darn good and I've featured it on a podcast. |

Tell us about your latest single.
My latest single is called “Feel the Love.” It’s really about– I saw this story on CNN about a same-sex marriage couple that, one was being deported and these ladies were in their late 50′s and they were so sad. And they were talking about how it was their last Thanksgiving and there was nothing they could do about it. I just felt like–my heart– I felt so much compassion towards them. Because I was like, it would be like my mother getting deported and I have no control over it and I love her so much. And you want to do something about it and you can’t. So this song is about people opening up their eyes and getting past themselves and their judgements and their bias about people in general. And just reaching across the line. Whether racism, sexism, whatever it is–stop it! Because we’re all in this together.
