Yep. Bullet size always breaks the tie. "A Thousand Miles" had a larger bullet than "Foolish." Poor "Foolish."

"Too Little, Too Late", "No Air", and "We R Who We R" all went to #1 on AT40. I'm hopeful "Don't You Worry Child" can do the same, so that we can say it, officially, went to #1 somewhere.

When Mediabase and Radio & Records had separate panels, there was a chart in late April 2001 that "Survivor" by Destiny's Child was #1 on MB (by 175 spins) and "All For You" by Janet Jackson was #1 on R&R (don't know). The Destiny's Child song ended up spending two weeks at #2 on that chart. Since the above stats are from when the two sources were combined, perhaps "Survivor" could have been a midweek #1 on R&R.

It's possible. This was during the brief period (October 2000 to August 2001, IIRC) when Casey's AT40 was using an unpublished Mediabase chart instead of the R&R chart. "Survivor" actually DID hit #1 on that chart. It had to settle for a #2 peak on the R&R chart.

I believe R&R was using a Sunday - Saturday chart week, so R&R's 4/20 chart would match to Mediabase's 4/15 chart. On that chart, "Angel" had 80% of its R&R spins on Mediabase. "Survivor" had 78%, "All For You" had 73%. For the following two weeks, "Agnel" had 80% and 81%, "Survivor" had 79% and 76%, and "All For You" had 75% both times. Since those percentages seemed to remain consistent, I think the R&R midweek updates could be estimated with that. I tried, and ended up with "Survivor" narrowly missing #1:

I'm pretty sure that never touched #1 on R&R nor Mediabase despite how close it came.

No. "Most Girls" and "Get The Party Started" both came within 300 spins of the top ("With Arms Wide Open" and "How You Remind Me" respectively) but failed to make it due to peaking around the same time as those #1's. "There You Go" and "Just Like A Pill" didn't really get anywhere near their #1's (peaking at 91% and 84% respectively).
