The song is kind of really bad. Video is cute. IDK. I could see it being viral for a week or two or something but I don't see the song itself being an actual radio hit. Maybe a viral hit or a club hit? Not because it's any good but because of the novelty factor I guess lol. That's probably what she was going for anyway

I think the song and video combined might just be enough of a perfect hot mess storm to work.

In light of hearing this song and watching the video, I decided to dust off Wild Orchid's debut. Such great songs and beautiful vocals on display. Fergie was so talented!

Wild Orchid is one of the most underrated girl groups. They should have been superstars. Killer vocals and beautiful songs.

Wild Orchid is one of the most underrated girl groups. They should have been superstars. Killer vocals and beautiful songs. At Night I Pray, The River, and especially Follow Me. That is the Fergie I will always remember and cherish, not whatever this filth is she is serving now. Not like it really matters anyway because no one aside from a few Pulse posters are here for it.

That's what she gets for taking Kim Kardashian's advice on picking a single. NEXT.

WTF happened to this album launch? I actually kind of forgot about this album until MILF played on Spotify. I hope they release a follow-up soon, and that it's closer to the teaser videos they released on YouTube a while back. Those piqued my interest. MILF, not so much.

Isn't she on the same label as Gwen? Something tells me this has more to do w the label not putting their blood sweat and tears aka $$$ into pushing her. I think MILF could have been a semi hit if they pushed it at radio. The video was getting traction... I think this is a label issue tbh.

Was "MILF" just DOA? Was it sent to radio? I remember seeing it peak with like 15-20 spins at CHR?? Maybe I'm mistaken? Did it make the label any money from ITunes sales and streams or who ever paid for the video and song to be made? I liked it for a few days then it just got loud. Not the greatest background music. lol

Wasn't the album supposed to come out October 7th? I thought that was confirmed in late September, literally just a few weeks ago and like two weeks before the album was supposed to come out. What happened?

What happened? Agreed. Why roll out those hungry clips and the milf $ video if the album wasn't ready to drop?

At this rate they should just "surprise" release the album soon with another viral video/single.

I'm surprised there wasn't a follow up ready to go immediately after milf $ made its splash.

For whatever reason, Interscope ended up not sending it to radio, though. I'm assuming they thought it'd get spins off the bat, and when it barely got any they decided not to push it. Given the amount of hype the video gave it and it's steady sales based off of it, I'm sure it would've been a decent novelty hit, at least.

They should've went full force with it and not just on intial "shock" factor because they let this die within the first 48 hours. The video is sitting at over 120+ million views which seems to imply that it could've been a streaming force if promoted because whether it was liked or disliked those views still counted towards its charting potential. I see Gwen's era all over again with them not having faith in the material and eventually self-sabotaging.
