"Tonight" is also a track on Restless. Maybe they have the quote wrong? ???

I think it's from Restless. I can't imagine she'd have had time to finish another album during her pregnancy.

Yea it is. Sara has been announcing this throughout her tour as well.

I love this song. It's beautifully understated and a great choice. It's the better ballad and doesn't go overboard on the production like "Niagra" and "Restless" tend to.

I am so glad this will be a single. It has spent several afternoons on 'repeat' in my car. It's beautiful, sophisticated... so will probably stall around 25? ;)

It doesn't matter what Sara releases....all of the tracks on "Restless" are amazing. One of my favorite albums of all time. I Hope "Tonight" does well!!

I was hoping "Rocking Horse" would be the next single.
Since Sara will be out of commission for a while, might they go 5 singles deep? If so, I hope they pick RH.

This is a good choice for a single. After a couple of uptempos in a row, Sara needs a ballad out (though I prefer "Rocking Horse" to this - hopefully it'll be next). I think "Restless" is a better song, but it wouldn't work as well at radio. 3-4 years ago "Niagara" & "Need To Be Next To You" would be obvious hits, but country radio has changed so much since then.

IMO, "Niagara" is much better than "Tonight". I hope the song does well tho...

IMO, "Niagara" is much better than "Tonight". I hope the song does well tho... "Niagara" is too much of a pop power ballad for country radio though. I think it's smart to go with the most subdued ballad on the album.

I like this song. I hope it makes the Top 10, although I'm not sure it will.

It's New & Active this week with 113 plays, 26 stations, and 9 adds.

Is there any hope for this song? Has a single ever spent two weeks on R&R's New and Active before debuting on the actual chart, as this one has now done?

Has this actually gone for adds yet? I know there was a date listed awhile back, but I seem to remember it being pushed back. I would think that this song is going top 20 no matter what.

New & Active this week with 169 plays, 31 stations, and 4 adds as it's getting really close to the top 50.

Good song, but I can't see radio picking this one up too much. Peak in the high 20's.

I heard it for the first time yesterday as a 'Top 20 Future Hit' on KZLA, and I like it as well.

hmm.. not bad of a song...... I think that the Titled Track should be released...not just here.. but everywhere.. so when someones going to buy the cd.. they know what to look for.. hmm...
I also think its a bad time for another ballad for country radio..
-God's Will (martina)... How many ballads can you have?
- Don't (shania) .. I think this will do the best out of them...
-When I think bout cheating (greatchen).. yeah doing good...
I May Hate myself in the morning - Lee Ann Womack .. already starting to lose spins.. although its a good song
+ i heard faith hills nwe single from new album is also a ballad........ how many ballads country radio have?!?! I think Tonight might end up falling short of a top 20 hit

If Warner Bros. wants to bring Faith back in full force, they need to lead with an uptempo song, and I think they will. We'll see though. The single is supposed to be released in January.

Finally bought this album last night. I still say this song won't crack the Top 20, but neither would any of the other ballads on this album. I really like "Niagra", but as someone said its just too power-ballady for country radio.
"Rockin Horse" would have been the best single choice to follow up "Suds"

Sara cracks R&R's top 40 this week (on a weak chart, spinwise, for the bottom).
