This is DJ Mark Knight with "Your Love". This song samples "He Not In" by Chicken Lips which was a house classic in the early 2000's. To me it sounds like a combination of Yello's "Oh Yeah" with Kylie Minogue's "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" with the Chicken Lips sample. Sounds very groovy.
