Looks to be the second single from Be Here. Just looked at the Mediabase chart and it has over 100 spins. I like this song but was thinking more along the lines of Making Memories of Us. It seems like a good cold weather snuggle up song. I wonder how much the powers at be look at when a single is released to help determine when a song will get released. Fast songs during the Summer and slow love songs for the Winter? Just wondering. Should be another smash for can't miss Keith.

This song is great, although it is Keith Urban, so I expect nothing but great things. I hope it is the next single. Although I too am surprsed they didn't slow it down with a sing like "Making Memories of Us". But this song should do well. Top 10 for sure. If it is indeed the 2nd single.

I agree with both of you that "Making Memories Of Us" would have been the better second single. That being said, this song still goes Top 5.

This is pretty good. Keith's really been on fire lately. I'd be shocked if this wasn't another top 3.

This is more like it. I liked "Days Go By", but it got old for me really fast. Probably because it sounded a lot like the singles from the last album. This one's great though.

I would have rather seen "Making Memories Of Us" released but this one isn't too bad.

Keith moves up 3 this week to #23 on Billboard.
His +341 bullet is a 20% gain in spins for the week.
He ranks 3rd on the most adds, with new 25 stations.

Here's a chart oddity I just noticed on Billboard this week. The previous week on Billboard, Keith's "Days Go By" fell at a rate of -537... THIS week, however, his spin losses totalled only -1. What the heck??
Has anyone ever seen a song stop falling as rapidly as that?
I put this in his new single's topic instead of dredging up the old one for "Days Go By". Sorry for the little diversion... I just thought it was really odd seeing this happen, especially since he's already got a new hot single rising fast. I doubt his label had anything to do with "Days Go By" doing this. It's in their own best interest to push the new single instead.

He just jumped from #13 to #8 in the newst issue of R&R, and appears to be a lock to hit #1 by Super Bowl Sunday, or shortly thereafter.

This song is definitely a candidate to wind up as 2005's #1 single.

I really like the song as well. I just saw the video on GAC last night. Not an acting video like You'll Think of Me, but a performance video. BTW, does anyone know the total sales numbers of Be Here to date?

I'm pleased that this song made it into the Top 5. I would still love to see it number one.

I'm shocked this album's not selling better. The first two singles have gotten tons of airplay, and the rest of the album is phenemonal. Hopefully one of the ballads will push Be Here's sales up.

This CD is certainly not lacking for potential singles, and the same can be said for both Joe Nichols's & Tim McGraw's solid works.

I normally don't think this way about country artists but I believe Keith is a total fake. He can not sing live @ all (IMO)

I am also curious about where you saw Keith play live? I saw him in Wiltern in los angeles, he is simply awesome, totally rocked the stage. His voice is powerful with real emotion, his guitar playing is wicked talented, I have to say this is what music should be really about. Good melody, up-beat rhythm, meaningful lyrics. On top of that Keith is a handsome hunk, how can you beat that? I just can't stand those rap and pop crap any more.?I just keep hope and pray that Keith will keep putting out these great songs. Also I watched the Daytona spring break show and this year's CMT music festval, keith's playing is absolutely phenominal. I wish I were there. I really don't know what u are talking about,?just for the sake of fun, should i suggest you get the wax off your ear? The upcoming live DVD should show everyone once for all what keith is really about. Keep rocking keith!!!!!

Looks like a top out at #3 on mediabase. That really surprises me but his next song should be a ballad so save a spot at #1 for him in about 3 months.

I thought this would've been a sure-fire #1. Especially when it hit its first week at #2 on Billboard. But apparently RF got the upper hand.
As for Keith, this is his first time on the Country chart to peak at #2 with a song. Late last year, "You'll Think of Me" got to #2 on both Billboard's and R&R's AC charts.

I ws hoping for a number one but I also was hoping A Better Life would have been the next uptempo release instead of Better Half. what's the call on single #3???? I say Making Memories of Us but what do I know?
