Will this be eligible to chart on Billboard, assuming it makes it into the Top 60?
I remember it charted last year (peaked at #40) and was considered a Seasonal song. According to Billboard, seasonal singles and tracks are only eligible to chart once.
I guess it's possible for Billboard to allow "Paper Angels" to chart if it's being marketed as a non-seasonal single, but is that the case here? Someone else here would probably know the answer to that.

Seasonal tracks have charted more than once. I know many for a fact that have re-appeared multiple times.

They made a change in the rules either last year or the year before that seasonal songs can obnly chart once. Before that, they could chart as long as they had enough spins and hadn't gone recurrent.
My guess is that since last year's airplay was unsolicited, and "Paper Angels" is officially going for adds this time & is included on Jimmy's studio album, that it will be allowed to re-enter.
