I have been reading about all the standing ovations at the CMAs and was wondering who all didn't get a standing ovation at the awards show and why.

I know Shania & Billly, Montgomery Gentry and Terri Clark didn't get one. Not sure why, i thought all three of them did excellent jobs. Better than others.
