the song sounds good, not sure it will be a huge hit at country, but it is good

hmm....it's a lot better than "The Bride"....but I don't think it's gonna do anything on the charts. Looks like Curb is really dropping the ball on the Ponies....
But really thinking about it, I don't know if the best song in the world could bring them back to the success they had with the first album. They....well acually Ira has become rather disliked among his peers here in Nashville. He's burned quite a bridges that I think will ultimately bite 'em in the butts.

Not to start rumors or anything like that, but I've heard that he's actually on his way back to being "himself". Let's hope. ;) At any rate, this song is good... but I agree, it's nothing compared to the first album, or even the second one for all that matters ("Boy Like You" might have been the WORST choice for a second single off that record). Nevertheless, they are a hard working band that knows how to ENTERTAIN... I hope this one does well for them. DJ

It debuted before it even got to radio at No. 49 this week in Billboard...some of the biggest markets are raving about it and have gone on early. Very reminiscent of how Curb just brought Jo Dee Messina back to the charts...

i've heard nothing but good things about it...and the ponies have been out, stopping by radio stations all over the states to promote it. i was fortunate to be in the studio with them when they were out here. they are very postive in spirit, and have lots going for them right now. the radio station hasnt stopped raving about their visit! dont give up on the ponies yet! :)
