Great new song from him. I just heard it on the radio. I like the melody. He is one of the most promising new artists in the last few years. I like his style and choice of material. He is very consistent!

Well I think it's an injustice that he won those New Artist awards last year over Jimmy Wayne. JW is far more talented, a better vocalist, and just plain more in every sense.
One thing good I will say about Dierks, though: that dog is pretty cool.

KZLA has been playing the heck out of this song for several weeks, and I wish the rest of the country would jump on it as well. Great tune!!!!

I'm sensing a future #1! After seeing Blake Shelton and Josh Gracin top the chart earlier this year, it'd just be a thrill to have three songs that I personally dig all go to #1.
As for my personal feel of the song, it's taken a while, but it's certainly grown on me. Listening to Dierks sing this one reminds me that I am indeed "hard to handle" and that loving someone (better yet, having them love me) is indeed something that starts off as a chance - or as Dierks puts it - a "longshot gamble". And I see that Dierks co-wrote this one. Great song, man! Keep it up!

I think you are right. This looks to land at #1 if Keith Urban or George Strait doesn't catch him.

Great Song. That's all you can really say about this one.
