This week "Honky Tonk U" updates without a bullet.
It's no immediate sign of defeat for the single with a mere -40 net loss, but still reveals Keith in a slump here.

new single-May 9-Toby Keith- As Good As I Once Was. This is in the new singles post - since they are pushing this we can definately assume end of honkytonk u on the charts.

new single-May 9-Toby Keith- As Good As I Once Was. This is in the new singles post - since they are pushing this we can definately assume end of honkytonk u on the charts. It's really three in a row not going #1 for Keith, though technically I believe it's only two since "Mockingbird" practically was released off the toes of "Honky Tonk U". It's obvious "HTU" won't go up to #1 now. It's audience impression is lower than the next few singles down the chart. Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Despite a new single being pushed in the meanwhile, "Honky Tonk U" takes a hit two-and-a-half times greater than the current bullet of "As Good As I Once Was".
Ouch! -1047!
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Releasing FIVE singles within 15 or 16 months is NOT a good sign under ANY circumstances!!!!
