Not too much to report on the top this week. Pink stays at #1, with a decrease in her lead, but still has a commanding one. Phillip Phillips moves 6-4 with "Gone Gone Gone" giving the Idol winner his 2nd top 5 hit.
Margo Rey gets another shot at the top 20 as "Tempted" moves 21-20 this week.
Taylor Swift's "22" just won't go away and jumps back on the chart at #28 this week.
One of Taylor's BFFs debuts right below her as Selena Gomez enters at #29 with "Come & Get It." The song recently got to #2 on the Pop chart, and now it becomes her first hit on the AC chart.
Here is the moment everyone has been waiting for. It's the return of the one and only Cher! And there's no Lloyd in the real deal, Cher debuts at #30 this week with "Woman's World." It marks her first appearance on the chart in over 9 years! The last time we saw Cher was on a cover of "Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered," which was a duet with another AC legend Rod Stewart. The song peaked at #17 back in January 2004.
This is Cher's 28th overall appearance on the AC chart, including 3 top 5 hits with her then ex-husband, Sonny Bono. Cher has now appeared on the AC chart in 5 different decades. Her first AC appearance was with "Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves" which peaked at #6 back in 1971. Later that year she and Sonny topped the chart with "All I Ever Need Is You." Cher waited 18 years to score her 2nd AC #1, which was the love theme from "Chances Are," "After All" with Peter Cetera. Her only solo #1 to date was her next single, the Diane Warren-written "If I Could Turn Back Time."
Jewel goes recurrent this week with "Two Hearts Breaking." This results in new peaks for Elton John, Florida-Georgia Line, Sara Bareilles, Imagine Dragons (Radioactive), and Daft Punk.
