A lyric video is really only good at the beginning of a song's chart run. But the lyric video has been leaked last week, the official ones. It means that they made one, so why not release it? |

Record company single mismanagement is a perfectly legitimate discussion to have and we do regularly. In this case it seems like the video could've been shot before now.... not like it's needed for anything anyway. Getting upset because people question the decision of the record company or because maybe katys record company isn't as prepared as we all thought it was is not grounds for accusing people of trolling. I think you are deflecting and taking the thread off topic. DH is already #1. So why not just let the song run its course and save that money for the next song.... Last week I saw a KP tweet where it seemed like she was saying the video was about to drop and then nothing... |

I'm not sure why this video isn't out yet? It's still climbing on radio. The video will be released when it's at its peak, perfect timing. :) Right when Happy is about to take over, it'll get another 2 weeks from the video. |

I can't see it doing better during any other time frame.... We shall see though. |

I'm not sure why this video isn't out yet? Why does it have to be out already? February 19th is a perfect date to release it. She needs the video to help DH inn Europe, which is doing good even without one. happy is going to peak Oscar week most likely. I can't see it doing better during any other time frame.... We shall see though. Happy has yet to reach the Top 10 on Pop, Rhythmic, Urban AC and Urban or the Top 20 on Hot AC and AC and you think it's going to peak in three weeks? Come on now. |

this definitely falls into the "shaky groovy" category for me. When that bass drops after the first verse, there is nothing that beats that.

For some reason I always imagined the video to this to be very purple/black and her dressed in a black knight form so the Egyptian imagery is surprising to me.
