Love it. I do think the preview will hurt the song - the 30 sec of the ah, ah, ay, should be trimmed for preview. Once you hear the song, wow, but I wonder how many people will get turned off by that long intro. Just saying. It's OK in the whole context of the song. I agree - the iTunes preview is terrible because of this very issue. I almost turned it off - it got annoying. Once Celine started singing, though, the lyrics and vocals were great. I am not sure how this will do on AC radio (Elton John's latest has now slowed down). But, I did notice that she has a song with Ne-Yo on the album ('Incredible'). It is not available for listening on iTunes yet, but that could be her link to a Top 40 hit. |

The iTunes preview almost caused me not to purchase the song, but I listened to the full song elsewhere and ended up buying it.

So are they releasing this on R&B? Diamonds made it to #1. There's really not much of a difference between the two songs. Same tempo and same writer.

Thought the interview was good, but the performance started poorly - bad backing track and, even though DVR taped for 1:02 - the length of JK, it cut off in middle of song. Kind of disappointing. |

Celine is amazing, but she seemed to struggle with this live performance on Jimmy Kimmel. Part of it is that the song is so LOUD the whole way through, but it's one of the first times I've ever seen her be a little bit pitchy at all. The recording is much better. Hopefully this album will do good things - love the cover!

I guess it was just an off-day for her. I think this song would benefit from a slightly faster tempo. Maybe I'm just hoping for some good remixes! |

This song gives me chills. The production is fantastic and her vocal performance is great, and the effects they put on them give the song an eerie feel. I love the bridge and her wails on the song's title phrase during the choruses. Such a good song; I can't get it out of my head. <3

I hate seeing her struggle to sing this live. It's at the highest part of her chest voice.
She's a star. She doesn't need to perform with every interview she gives.
