Do you remember a 1986 R&B song by Shirley Jones called "Do You Get Enough Love"? I bet it never made Billboard's Hot 100 chart.

#1 on the Billboard Hot Black Singles chart in August of 1986. She was a member of The Jones Girl but only had this one hit as a solo artist. Written by Bunny Sigler and co-produced by Kenny Gamble. Such a great vocal performance!

Jean Carne just released a cover of Do You Get Enough Love?... Coincidentally, this song knocked Jean's Closer Than Close from #1.

When I heard Casey say that, I was like "Partridge Family"??? But I looked her up in Whitburn and said "Ah, from The Jones Girls"! And now that I've watched the video, I remember it! I started listening to our R&B station shortly after this, so it was still played as a recurrent...
