I just noticed some changes on the BNA website. Has anyone heard anything about Tracy Byrd being dropped because he is no longer listed on the website? That is a little surprising but his last two songs pretty much bombed. Also, The Warren Brothers and Jamey Johnson are now listed on the website. I have to say I am shocked that The Warren Brothers were given another chance after not doing too well on WB (I believe it was WB), but more power to them. Any other recent label changes/drops/adds that people can think of? This would make an interesting topic.

Yup, the Warren Brothers are back with BNA, I believe for an unprecedented THIRD time. I think that they've been with BNA every time they've been signed to a major label. As for Tracy, I'm not sure. I know that he was moved from RCA to BNA earlier this year, but now he's gone from the BNA roster. I haven't heard anything. I'll try to do some digging and see what's up.

I just checked with some sources and Tracy has been dropped from the RCA records label. No word yet on a new contract.
Also, word is that Clay Walker is just days away from signing a deal with Curb.

It looks like Hanna McEuen has been dropped from MCA. They are no longer listed on their site. They are still listed on the Universal Music Group's website with a release date of 7/26 for their album, but my guess is they're just slow to update their site. I find this really sad because I really loved Something Like A Broken Heart and I've heard that they have some other really good songs and put on a great show. Oh well, maybe they'll put out and independent release and I can buy that.
Any other label changes you know of???

That's good news. I think I found an old like to the MCA Nashville that didn't have H-M because they hadn't been added to the roster yet. I really hope their next song hits big.

Looks like Hanna-McEuen have been transferred to Dreamworks from MCA, but they're still under the UMG Nashville umbrella, of course. Interesting though... wonder what the reason was for the move? Billboard is reporting their debut CD will be released in August via Dreamworks, and they're official site, www.hanna-mceuen.com shows Dreamworks as well.
