Ugggh! I hate when they do that blatant self promotion! At least not as many Britney extras as Pitbull had when he guest hosted earlier this year.

Good to see Selena and ZZ on the verge this week, though I could see a no debut week next week, which should be the last weekly chart of the year anyway.

This week felt like it was just pieced together. Most songs got no intro, just the generic number prompt and then the song. Other than the top 3, Britney barely introduced the song/artist and chart position together for a song (maybe 3-4 others). Most were just Britney telling a story or something then the number prompt played followed by a song.

Heck even the breakouts only had the AT40 Breakout or Subway Fresh Buzz bumper played then the song with no introduction by Britney, nor any artist/song title description after the song, just a bumper going to commerical

Same way with the CHR Top 40 show. It was really off today. Britney also answered the same questions twice and she sounded rather bored, IMO.

Oh great! I won't even bother listening.

I've said this before, but if these hosts don't want to be there, why even bother showing up? I understand it's for the pub they will receive with their latest project, but still. Better to do the radio station interview tour to promote their latest CD than wreck an already flawed show.
