She sounded good at least! I was hyped when "Dirrty" started with the catwalk lighting up and her in the chaps. They tried to do a little too much with the little amount of time they were given. I also would have swapped out "Somos Nada" with an abridged "Pa Mis Muchachas" since Becky was there anyways. Her speech was great!

The medley was a hot damn mess. She barely performed anything lmao. But the “Dirrty” intro was fire! She needs to incorporate the catwalk on the next tour.

The performance was good for what it was. ANOM only got the instrumental played and no songs from Bionic,Lotus & Liberation in the medley either.

Holy shit those first 3 minutes were awful. This should have been a 10 min performance with all of those songs. The transitions weren’t even good. She sounded good on the last two songs though!

For the sake of her legacy, I really think she should try to include at least some material post back to the basics (which didn’t even get anything past an instrumental). I’d avoid bionic, but say something or show me how you burlesque are both respectable choices.

Christina’s performance last night had some great moments.
Her voice seemed to be in good shape and I thought her dancing was on point.
Though I wish she sang more of each songs in the beginning section instead on running riffing and belting.
Still enjoyed it though and still waiting for anything new she throws our way.

Should of also done Back To Basics Justice beyond an instrumental,Candyman would of fit since she already performed Beautiful in the set list. Anyways, nice to see her back performing again. |

Cassadee Pope (who won The Voice in 2012) went on to record it for her debut. The song is okay. I expected something a little catchier coming from Max Martin x Shellback x Savan Kotecha. Nothing about this song really screams "Christina", so I can see why it didn't make the cut.

I'm so used to Pope's version of that song, that it was surreal to hear Christina's voice on it. Her vocals are great there as ever, but the sound of the song isn't something I would think Christina would ever be interested to record (makes me think more of something Avril Lavigne-esque), so I'm surprised someone would've brought a song like that to her in the first place. Maybe if it had been for her appearance on Nashville or something.
