With a festival slot like that, you’re so limited with time. Especially in the context of the festival, I can’t think of a song she could have cut to replace it with. That’s the problem when you have too many hits!! |

While music may not be a top priority for her right now, I'm hoping and wishing that an English project is in the works. Has it been five years? I wasn't huge on that album but "Accelerate" is probably the worst single choice she's ever made, let alone one of her worst tracks, and the era never recovered. |

She went to Selena Gomez's birthday which was super random but now she's teasing a collab with Selena and Karol G....is the Spanish era still alive in some capacity? I'd love fornit to be fir Karol's project and Christina could end this messy Spanish era on a high note with a hit.
Anyways it must be close if even Christina is posting about it and appearing publically with the people involved.

Sounded and looked incredible. I loved the set for the most part. Very sad we did not get Fighter but I guess that means I’ll have to see her again at some point. Lmao. Late to this but you gotta see her do Fighter live! I saw her in Brooklyn on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and before she performed it she dedicated Fighter to New York (dressed as a sexy statue of liberty) lol and I cried. Loved seeing Xtina reunite with Redman!! I will always love him bc of Drrty and Seed of Chucky. |

I remember this moment so well. I was 15 at the time. I remember sitting on the living room couch watching the performance. The kiss really did stunned me. It was sooo unexpected. I totally remember the reaction on Timberlake's face. He just sat there so emotion less and Stone cold.
I actually don't remember anything else from that show, apart from that performance.

While it was a highlight for Christina that night,It overshadowed her great solo performance of Fighter and Dirrty from the same night.
Also I remember Chris Rock's quote that night about Good Charlotte being funny comparing them to Green Day.

Christina fans were awaiting this followup since early in her career and the songs were minor success in the Latin community. |
