Here is how this will work.

I created a Bracket on Challonge here

In round 1 the top 28 songs have a bye

Seeds are determined by the ranking in the Billboard 100 Year End Chart

Here are the deadlines of voting (any votes after that time for that round will not be accepted) 

Times are in MST (Mountain Standard Time)

All rounds start when the previous round ends

Round 1 Group 1: 1/4/14 4:00 PM MST
Round 1 Group 2: 1/5/14 4:00 PM MST
Round 1 Group 3: 1/6/14 4:00 PM MST
Round 1 Group 4: 1/7/14 4:00 PM MST
