Bruno is so good. I like his new cd a lot. You can SO hear the late 80's/90 and very early 2000's in all the songs. My favorites so far are "That's What I Like and Versace On The Floor". "Straight Up And Down" sound like it could be a late 80's very early 90's rnB slowjam. Something is reminding of maybe Bobby Browns "Good Enough" or songs similar to that. I'm kind of over the funk tracks a little that sound like their mostly just jamming out. I guess I could do w/out "funk" track "Perm". I get sick of songs like this quickly. I could also do without the male speaking part in Calling All My Lovlies. It's a little cheesy but I will get over it. I know what they were going for. lol Great cd with plenty of single choices in my opinion.

At its worst, this album sounds like a parody album, especially the lyrics. At its best, it's a one-note tribute album. Bruno sells it well though.

His AMA performance was sick!!! He is completely owning the era of influence for this album.
His tour is going to be so good!

So those who wanted to see him on 60 minutes and DVRed it were screwed. The football game went into overtime and cut off his entire segment. I don't see it on Youtube either. Ugh damn football.

First projections are in and he's estimated to debut at #3 behind Metallica and Miranda Lambert with 140-150k SPS (110-120k sales). Doo-Wops & Hooligans debuted at #3 with 55k (2.3m to date). Unorthodox Jukebox debuted at #2 with 192k (2.5m to date). UPDATE: Bruno Mars’ projection increases considerably from our one-day estimates, with further growth possible following his fiery performance at this weekend’s American Music Awards.#2 behind Metallica w/ 200-210k SPS, (175-185k sales).

He sold out 33k tickets in Spain in less than 2h. He already added extra date in NYC, Miami, Boston, San Jose, Vancuver, Montreal, UK x2 & Amsterdam (sold out). Currenly his tour has 99 shows scheduled. WTH his album dropped 4 days ago... :o

I don't know why y'all sleeping on him. I'm surprised at some of the comments in here about his impact. This boy has charisma. He has it. This album may be very niche, but we are going to deal and eat it.

I need "That's What I Like" as 2nd single. This. Although they included ALL songs in the survey on RateTheMusic. Atlantic is already testing the next singles.

They are going to learn one of these days. This will probably go up even more after Carpool Karaoke.

I knew those sales wouldn't hold. The universe is always underestimating Bruno. I'm sure he'll have longevity again if the single choices are spot on.

I'm here for "Finesse", "Versace On The Floor", "That's What I Like", "Calling All My Lovelies", and "Too Good To Say Goodbye" being released at all or some formats.

I finally got my physical copy. I love the fact that he said "Thank you for buying my album" and I also love that even the CD itself is old school looking. He's great!

Billboard: Bruno Mars sold more than 1 million tickets for his 24K Magic World Tour in a single day, according to Live Nation.Tickets for Mars' Europe and North America tour dates went on sale Monday, following an epic night of television for the pop star that included a performance at the American Music Awards and a 60 Minutes profile that marked his first on-camera interview in four years.
Now the 24K Magic World Tour has added 15 shows for a total of 100, including five shows in the New York City area, four nights at London's O2 Arena and four Los Angeles shows at the Forum in Inglewood, California.

OK, so the first three songs are the weakest on the album.
From That's What I Like to Too Good To Say Goodbye is 80s, 90's, and 00's perfection!

This album actually feels really short. Before I know it, it's over! I do enjoy it though. Production glistens.

189,745 sales/226,413 SPS, per HITS. He exceeded his adjusted projections For some reason I thought Carpool Karaoke was airing this week but I guess I misunderstood. Do we know when it is supposed to air?

Got around to listening and actually like the concept of a shorter album. I think the first half is better than the last tracks.
