Today, UNDER THE PINK album celebrates 20 years! It was Tori Amos 2nd album, after her breakthru Little Earthquakes. Cornflake Girl is for sure the best known song from the album. Besides, there were 3 more singles from the album: Pretty Good Year ( my favorite from the album!) God & Past the Mission Baker, baker and Yes, Anastacia are my favs along with PGYear What do you think of the album?

Just finished listening to this straight through for the first time in a while. Still as stunning as it was 24 years ago and still sounds inspired from start to finish. So many highlights I can't even know where to begin. Yes Anastacia is such an epic closer. Space Dog still slaps. Icicle is more unnerving than ever. I could say something about everything. The whole album is so visual for me, too, which isn't common. The stories are so potent I've created movies/imagery in my head over the years.

SUCH an incredible album. Cloud On My Tongue, Pretty Good Year, Space Dog, and Yes, Anastacia are among my favorite Tori songs.
