So rather frustratingly I've pulled up tickets for Thursday (a pair, standard admission, i the BALC and LOGE) and both times when I clicked buy, there was an error and I lost the tickets. Hmm. Same thing happened to me kmbgs. I got row E tickets that I was buying for a friend and lost them twice when I clicked buy because of 'an error'. I haven't managed to find them again since. Edit: make it a third time. I'm giving up. That happened to me too twice, try it on the mobile version of the site, that's how I got mine. Sorry for the double post.

I've searched every date and had nothing available for any. Shoot.
What's slightly unfortunate is that it looks like it'll be all hardcore lambs at this. If she wants to create an annual holiday destination, she'd need more than those 10,000 super fans who will follow her anywhere. It'd be cool if they broadcast one of the shows live, though. *cough* NBC 12 Days of Christmas with Mariah.... *cough*

There are some of those left and you don't have to have a chase card apparently.

This year will probably serve as a trial run. She's selling out the smaller venues, so if the reviews are good this year, maybe she'll so MSG next year.

If I am able to get tickets, I think I should purposefully shoot for loge. I had box seats for her Angels Advocate tour and it was awesome because I was over the orchestra crowd so could see more. I'm only 5'9" and don't need to have some big lug standing in front of me blocking my view of the Queen. Edit: @ 11th row center seats for Chase Preferred Members. Sorry Mariah, not paying 280 bucks but damn that's close!

Gotcha. I want 125. That's my limit right now. I don't want to sit off to the side for acoustics reasons. Tickets are much easier to find. Now, I'm just being a cheap snob. Part of me is really trigger-shy as well. I have this fear that, despite all the goodwill she has generated with these Asian shows and despite how good she sounds, the pressure to replicate the vocal perfection of the Christmas albums will either have her sounding like s**t or lipsynching for her life. Of the hundreds of live shows I have been to, I have never been to a bad one and if the one to break that streak is Mariah, it would cause irreparable damage. I'm probably better off playing it safe and buying cheaper tickets for that reason alone.

Boo you need to buy tickets!1 This is going to be THE EVENT of the season and do you really want to be sitting at your computer on Sunday December 21 feeling remorse at not having gone when it's the 'most wonderful time of the year' and you should be feeling joy and merriment resulting from having seen THE OFFICIAL QUEEN OF CHRISTMAS the night prior? Do you?!!!

I remember when I went to the Christmas leg of the charmbracelet tour...good times. She sounded amazing. And I think she performed MYM (ACT) if I remember correctly--but I haven't been able to find the set list anywhere online #lostconcert

Yeah, like I said, I have some fears/concerns that comes along with throwing down this money for someone who has been unreliable at best. Obviously, she is on an insanely good streak right now. I'll wind up getting tickets regardless, I'm sure.

Ah, OK. I wound up doing the $124 tickets in Orchestra 3 (left, meh). I'll survive. I'm pretty excited for the show because it's a chance to see Mariah doing her favorite time of the year, doing songs from 2 of my favorite Mariah albums! Going to the Thursday show after all so maybe a Pulse meetup is in order?

I'm not sure how these things work, but being that she's Mariah Carey, I'd think she'd probably host a show of this sort in a larger venue. I don't know, I just feel that she could easily sell out a night in an arena and accommodate more people doing so... What's the Beacon's capacity? It is a small venue, but ultimately that will make for a better show for fans (i.e. more intimate). And as someone else said, if she's planning on making this an annual thing, the venue is great for a series of shows. It may be that other venues were already booked when they decided to do something at the holidays, too. I found one on Thursday, it's up in the lodge, kinda wanted to be in the orchestra though but it's a smaller venue, right? So not too many BAD seats? Here is a great explanation of the seating: blog.tickpick.com/beacon-theater-seating-chart/

This year will probably serve as a trial run. She's selling out the smaller venues, so if the reviews are good this year, maybe she'll so MSG next year. That is what I was thinking, too. They may even use the Beacon again next year, but lambs will have seen her so next year it will be more about her more general fan base. An "annual" event is something you grow and develop with time. And considering she's still on the MIAM tour, she will only have about a month to put this holiday show together. Unfortunately I can't see it getting any type of TV or DVD release. Considering the date of the first show and how much Mariah likes to review/edit things, I can't see her getting something together to air on TV in under 2 weeks. And by the time a DVD would be put together, it would be for Christmas 2015.

Best performance of My All since 1997 :o My fucking god. This is what I mean! I don't need a perfect vocal but PLEASE gimme this. She slayed them notes to the best of her ability and she sung it like she meant it and even played around with the song and added a new touch and improvisation. I love this because its so real. That is all i ask for. I'm good now!

Best performance of My All since 1997 :o That was good, but her Charmbracelet tour had incredible vocals. Nothing she sings now will be better than that tour, in my opinion.

HBF is a joke. They are holding a special ticket sale for the additional show on Sunday 21st December tomorrow and are charging another $20 to take part, even if you payed $20 last week for the pre-sale.

That "Emotions" performance was really good. Also, her rack has been looking fabulous on this tour.

Holy SH*T at that "Emotions" performance- going for almost every note same as the album version and killing it. I love how she effortlessly glides into her falsetto throughout.
Also, that "My All" performance brought tears to my eyes. Seeing her going to every note like that, displaying real emotions... You know that by the end of this tour (3 more stops), she's going to be murdering that part.
Someone said this on another forum- really, if she went on tour for a few months, she could get ver voice back to an absolutely phenomenal place. (right now it's really great, but about 75% for Mariah Carey standards IMO)
