Are you going to complete the Don Williams trifecta and get Prime Cuts, his ONLY greatest hits album from Capitol?

I bought a greatest hits album of his for his version of “Lord Have Mercy On A Country Boy”. Don’t remember if it was that greatest hits or not.

The only difference is that the CD version contains Senorita.

Been on vacation this week and this is what I've added to my collection so far.
Bryan White - How Lucky I Am Ricky Van Shelton - Loving Proof Hank Williams Jr. - Born To Boogie Southern Pacific - County Line Vince Gill - When I Call Your Name Ashton Shepherd - Sounds So Good Travis Tritt - Strong Enough George Strait - Honky Tonk Time Machine LoCash - Brothers Maren Morris - Girl Jake Owen - Greetings From Jake (ordered from his website and received it yesterday)
Now to Reba (whose discography I'm trying to complete)
Reba McEntire - What Am I Gonna Do About You Reba McEntire - Starting Over Reba McEntire - Stronger Than The Truth (Target Edition)
Still need a few more Reba albums on CD. I'm sure I'll eventually find them. Another artist I'm working on is Dan Seals.

I recently found an advance copy of Terry Radigan's unreleased Pawnbroker's Daughter at a used CD store in Saginaw. I constantly find cool things there.

Thought I had it but I have an advance copy of her's called "Radigan". I miss the days of going to used cd places and finding gems like that. Once I found one of Mark Chesnutt's CD's weeks before it came out. Also have what was supposed to be This Is Ty Herndon before it was redone as a greatest hits package.

Clint's version of "Desparado" is good, but I also love Trisha Yearwood's "New Kid In Town", Travis Tritt's "Take It Easy" and Suzy Bogguss's "Take It To The Limit", among others.

Did your Crystal Gayle and B.J. Thomas CDs arrive yet? If so, any thoughts? I just downloaded two CDs on my smartphone: Number 1s And More by Conway Twitty and The Best Of Eddy Raven. I definitely plan on adding a lot more.

Just my opinion though.

Just my opinion though. The only thing I don't like about the Gayle CD is that it omits her last big hit, Only Love Can Save Me Now (#11 in 1988). Otherwise, it is the most complete collection of her time at Elektra/Warner Bros. (1982-1988).

So far the only song that’s been eluding me is that S-K-O hit! Can’t find that compilation album for sale anywhere online yet.

I bought this series on cassette when it came out in the 1990s. I just received my order from Amazon (ten CDs for $50-what a steal, CoJoFan):

I saw this post and I wondered how many 1980s chart toppers I'm missing. I don't have five. They are: 1. Honky Tonk Blues-Charley Pride-RCA 2. One Day At A Time-Cristy Lane-United Artists 3. You Win Again-Charley Pride-RCA 4. You're Gettin' To Me Again-Jim Glaser-Noble Vision 5. A Long Line Of Love-Michael Martin Murphey-Warner Bros. I better get off my can and get those!

The Charley Pride and Cristy Lane songs are all available digitally and that’s how I have them unless the Charley Songs are on the double CD called The Essential Charley Pride then I do have the physical versions of them. As far as Michael Martin I have the vinyl record with that song. Found it at an antique store brand new for $5 I believe. I have a record player that can actually make digital versions of songs to import to your computer. Lastly the Jim Glaser song I do believe I have it digitally as well but not positive. If not I don’t have it at all. I’m not 100% certain I have every 80’s #1 hit. I’ll have a look tonight if I have time and know for certain. Like I said the only one I know for sure right now that’s eluding me is that S-K-O hit.

I have a Michael Martin Murphey greatest hits album that contains Geronimo's Cadillac (originally on A & M) and Wildfire (originally on Epic). For the life of me, I can't imagine why I do not have ANY of his Warner Bros. stuff.

One CD pickup today!
Eddie Rabbitt - All Time Greatest Hits
I had all the songs on CD on this album but one. This song happens to be one of my all time favorite Eddie hits as well and that song is “Rocky Mountain Music”.
