Is it me, or does this chart look fresher this time around? "Gone Gone Gone" hasn't even reached a year yet.

It definitely is fresher. No song over 52 weeks right now. Remember the "good old days" when there would be two or three songs over 100 weeks on the countdown?! Hopefully we'll never see that again! There is more good songs being released which means the charts will move faster to keep up as more stations are willing to expand their playlists a bit.

Regarding this week though, the AT40 Hot AC chart still seems about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks behind Mediabase, while the CHR version only seems about one week behind which is interesting in regards to the recording schedule. Why two versions of the show would be that far off in their timelines is beyond me. Maybe Ryan only had time to record the CHR show this week, while he recorded the Hot AC show last week. Who knows, but that can be annoying to see.
