Blake's actually a bit of a guilty pleasure artist for me. I like a fair amount of his material. I'll limit this to singles only.
Top 10:
1. Playboys Of The Southwestern World 2. Boys Round Here 3. Honey Bee 4. Home 5. Austin 6. Nobody But Me 7. All About Tonight 8. Who Are You When I'm Not Looking 9. Doin' What She Likes 10. The More I Drink
Bottom 5:
1. Hillbilly Bone 2. All Over Me 3. Over 4. Don't Make Me 5. Goodbye Time

^Like the idea of one thread per artist each week. I was feeling a little overwhelmed this past week with all the threads and thought things were getting a little cluttered :/

Something magical happened this week: all of a sudden I actually like "Boys 'Round Here". I don't understand this turnaround whatsoever. There are still some parts I hate like the Girls Round Here verse which comes across as a bit misogynistic and the "To get paid, to get the girl / In your 4 wheel drive (A country boy can survive)" - whatever sound effect that is on the last part is terrible. But the rest of the song is pretty good. I can overlook those from time to time for an occasional listen like I do for other middling songs - "Real Good Man" and some Kenny Chesney songs come to mind.

I'm late to this party, I know... But I just listened to all of his singles so they would be fresh in my mind! Here goes:
Top 5: 1) The Baby 2) Goodbye Time 3) Austin 4) Don't Make Me 5) God Gave Me You
Honorable Mention: Playboys of the Southwestern World, Ol' Red, Mine Would Be You, She Wouldn't Be Gone, All Over Me
Bottom 5: 1) Nobody But Me (This one is not terrible, but it just didn't immediately grab me when it came out and then wore on me quickly. I like it a little better now.) 2) Some Beach (I know I may be roasted for this one. This to me is one of those novelty songs was overplayed to death. It is a great song, and I love it if I approach it on my own terms, but to this day I STILL usually change the channel if it comes on the radio.) 3) The More I Drink (Stupid. Possibly one of the first bro-country songs?) 4) All About Tonight (See above comment. It is not the worst song ever, but doesn't offer any sort of catchy melody to counteract its lack of substance) 5) Hillbilly Bone (Absolutely one of the biggest piles of garbage I have ever heard)

Like, I think #1 on your Bottom list should be your least-favorite, which appears to be "Hillbilly Bone."

Like, I think #1 on your Bottom list should be your least-favorite, which appears to be "Hillbilly Bone." Yeah, I definitely noticed that too. Haha it is definitely in order of least hated to most hated, as you say. The numbers are just kinda counterintuitive, because you could think about them either as a separate list of hatred or as a continuation of your earlier list with a bunch of stuff left out in the middle. My mindset was following the latter track. But it could definitely go either way, which leaves a lot of room for ambiguous confusion! So let the record show that "Hillbilly Bone" is indeed my most hated Blake song. Also, that 5 dislikes list was fairly difficult to compose! I like a lot more of Blake's music than I thought I did!

Top 10:
01 "Austin" 02 "Ol' Red" 03 "The Baby" 04 "I'll Just Hold On" 05 "Home" 06 "Goodbye Time" 07 "She Wouldn't Be Gone" 08 "Don't Make Me" 09 "God Gave Me You" 10 "Nobody But Me"
These are the only Blake singles that I truly like. There are a few others that are ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to them.
Bottom 5:
01 "All About Tonight" 02 "Sure Be Cool If You Did" 03 "Over" 04 "Hillbilly Bone" (ft. Trace Adkins) 05 "Mine Would Be You"
These are the only ones I really dislike. Others like "Honey Bee", "Drink On It", and "Doin' What She Likes" aren't exactly bad in my book, but I just find them really generic and not very memorable.

So I tallied up all of the Top/Bottom lists in this thread and found this is what the popular opinion has as Pulse's Top/Bottom for Blake Shelton. I used all users picks, so if someone had 5 for their Top and Bottom or 10 Top and 3 Bottom I counted them all. Hope y'all enjoy this as much as I do!
Top 10 Austin (19) Ol' Red (12) She Wouldn't Be Gone/The Baby (11) Playboys of the Southwestern World (10) Home (9) Goodbye Time/Nobody But Me/Honey Bee/Some Beach (8)
Bottom 5 Sure Be Cool If You Did (13) Over (12) All About Tonight (11) Boys Round Here/Hillbilly Bone (10)
Some interesting stats... "Austin", "Playboys...", "She Wouldn't Be Gone", "The Baby", were the only songs with 10+ "Tops" and no "Bottoms" "Sure Be Cool If You Did" is the only 10+ "Bottoms" and no "Tops" "Austin" had the most votes overall (19). "Mine Would Be You" (4), "The More I Drink" (4), and "God Gave Me You" (5) were the songs that had equal "Tops/Bottoms" 51 total songs were accounted for. Interestingly enough, BS's newer songs were on the Bottom and his older material was Top.

What an interesting set of data this is!!
