It is quite possible that the year end #1 will not be Katy Perry or Pharrell, it could be something else entirely.
Pharrells radio drops will stabilize after a while and could be on the chart for several more months before disappearing completely.

6 months ago, somebody said that Paramore would release Ain't It Fun as their 2nd single, and it would be their first top 10 single. At the time I thought they were crazy, but I am shocked to see that they were right! Kudos to that person!
