It's just a minor point, but I'm surprised that "Draggin The Line" is listed as the Shondells. Tommy James was a solo artist for that time period.
I've become so burned out from classic rock that I can't listen to most of that stuff anymore.

I'm pretty burned out on the classic rock also. Too many of the stations here play The Eagles, REO Speedwagon etc, but not Def Leppard, Whitesnake, The Who etc, so unless we get a more juiced up version of classic rock, I won't be listening.
My favorite classic rock station is Omaha's KEZO.

I don't know why they would skip the Who, but I couldn't understand why some bands with like chart success as others would put out similar sounding stuff and not get the rock airplay that other acts would. If a classic rock outfit is going to play Journey because they started in the early 70s, yet play their later day corporate rock fare, then I can't understand why they would omit a Def Leppard who sounds like them if not more polished.

They played "Erotic City" ???
I did not know a radio edit existed, or did they just "creatively" cover up the f-bombs scattered throughout the song.
"Erotic City can't you see, F**k so pretty You & Me" ;)

I'm not so sure that it's simply "funk." stations here used to drop the word out when the song was played, and we always just assumed that with Prince, it was the doity woid. of course, being Prince, that may have been the idea...

You gotta admire the variety. :o Also, I listen to "Erotic City" a few times... it is the actual "F-Bomb", at least the version I have on "Hits" 3-CD collection that came out a few years. There may be a radio edit that says "Funk", but I haven't heard it.
