UP N DOWN is my number 1 favorite Britney song forever and always. more than toxic, oops, and all the other big hits and fan favorites, this bonus track from FF will always be my baby. I love "Up N' Down" too! Thinking of songs like that make me want Britney to go back and work with Max Martin again on Album 9. He may be "safe" or "generic" but he's the best bet for pure pop gold. :) |

I would love to see Max, but I don't want her touching Dr. Luke. This is all, of course, dependent on whether or not she gets a budget for this album.
I'm holding out for some fresh faces, though. I don't know why she hasn't given the Outsyders another chance after 'Womanizer's success, but for the sake of using an example, that risk of collaborating with relative unknowns paid off substantially. The Naughty Boy tease from last album was hopeful, but... unfruitful.
In a perfect world, I'd love to hear her explore some of the sounds Azealia Banks f**ked with on Broke With Expensive Taste ('Luxury', 'Soda'), kind of teasing post-modern house, but the chances of that happening are abysmal. Hell, I'd be giddy to hear a proper ratchet anthem out of her. Whatever she's doing with this, I'm hopeful.

I know I'm being a typical dance fan here, but I'd really love for her to work with some up & coming, or even established dance music producers. I always thought she could kill with something along the lines of a Cheryl/Calvin Harris collab like "Call My Name". Her work with Ingrosso/Otto Knows on "Work Bitch" - while the song was polarizing & the message was a little lost... the sound itself is fuc*ing fantastic.

Songwriter. He collaborated with Madonna in some MDNA tracks (Gang Bang, I Am Sinner and Love Spent) I believe his biggest co-writes are Meet Me Halfway (BEP) and Look at Me Now (Chris Brown). As a producer, he's produced tracks for Blake Lewis and Chris but my personal favorite is his own track under his Free School moniker. |

In all seriousness, she's probably past the point of ever having another truly massive era (unless she pulls a one in a million Mariah-level comeback-- entirely possible, but very unlikely). Personally I'm just happy if the music is good.
