"Britney is free! Yay!" "Britney's not being free the way ***I*** want her to be! Annoying!" Is essentially what this has all become. It's funny how "fans" were so sympathetic to her being locked up for 13 years in this and now think they have the right to judge how she's dealing with it. Here is the thing I do personally feel Britney needs therapy that's not the same as crazy hell we all need it. She needs it most because of the unpacking of her lost freedoms, toxic family, issues with being a Hollywood star etc. To be honest I don't like any legendary artist blasting folks even those who did them wrong on social media. It's not my cup of tea, I'd rather see her dismiss them by just taking the classy route. I however give her grace period to let it out and get use to freedom before judging why she is doing what she is doing cause I get why. She has alot of anger so it's easy to let it spill but Britney needs to also realize the world is watching her and while most support her many are waiting for her to show why she was in a conservatorship so they can say well thats why her family had her locked up. That sad part is all those years robbed her of a support system to vent her feelings so maybe outside of her boyfriend and her kids does she even have people she can trust or people around her that she is paying for. |

She needs her truth out and I am glad she's addressing them the way she wants.
20 years of trauma isn't just gonna end in an instant - her healing is gonna take time. People probably expect a comeback interview and a hit record right away but this is way more serious and she needs to do whatever she want to make her feel alright with herself and her life. She is not free at all if we of all people judge her too for anything she does.

Tbh I’m less bothered by Britney’s posts than I am by the stans threatening Jamie Lynn’s family. Britney has every right to be livid with her family and bash them from here to the Milky Way but unfortunately that makes some of her insane fans feel they have a right to torture the people she’s calling out. Plus deep down Britney loves her sister and I’m sure doesn’t actually wish her any harm.

I’m just confused why it seems via social media her life hasn’t changed since the conservatorship ended. Same shit, same day. I would be out and about doing what I wasn’t allowed to do solo.

See: her getting an iPad a few months back and that being a huge fucking deal to her. But this also isn't entirely true either. She's been going on vacations, going out with her boys, etc. and honestly she might be doing more that we just aren't aware of. It's not like she has to post her every moment on social media lol. |

In one way or another, she's been trying to find happiness, rest, and peace on her own terms ever since she tried to take a break after her third album and found that the press wouldn't relent. In all the years since then, it hasn't happened and I hope that she's finally able to do so. Still pulling for this because shit can't seem to leave her alone. |

Watching some of her videos on IG, am I the only one to think something’s wrong with her? It’s like she’s a kid again with the kid voices etc. Should be noted that a lot of times she puts filter on her videos to hide her real voice - she's done it with singing videos in the past too. She also has oscillated back and forth between the baby voice and her natural lower voice but that's been a thing for as long as we can remember. |

Teased “many projects” in the works on her Instagram after grabbing lunch with Rosengart. I imagine he’s going to be sticking around. Don’t know if this means music though. Project rose was just her dancing series, and she said she wanted to do a clothing line (…modeled after the ugliest dress I’ve ever seen but go off baby do you). At best she has absolutely been contacted about interviews or a book deal so that’s all I’m really holding my breath for. I guess it's all placement on playlists at this point, but I'm surprised the album version has more streams than Stop. Maybe it's the first one that comes up too when you search? Gen Z effect. |
