This song is just... no.
The original was actually growing on me, like could they release that version to pop instead of this pile of s**t?

Dope. I hope "Whiskey In My Water" is next , and yeah I noticed someone mention "Song About A Girl", as I was quickly scanning the first page of the thread, and I hope that eventually gets sent also. It's my favorite country song right now.

I think a redo of Something bad would be amazing, Carrie, Miranda with Nicky Minaj and Iggy Azalea rapping the verses. Hit of the century

Also here's another one: Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood f/Iggy Azalea - "Somethin Bad" I would actually be interested in that remix, to be honest haha

WHAT IS WITH THESE FUCKING RAP REMIXES OF EVERY DAMN BRO COUNTRY SONG ANYMORE?! Please make them stop; they're all horrendous and we're all better in their original state, so release them that way to CHR, instead of trying to create the next "Over & Over". Ugh this is just getting so annoying.

instead of trying to create the next "Over & Over". I think they're looking for the next "Cruise."

I think they're looking for the next "Cruise." I think they are going get the next Titanic instead. Yes, but the Titanic had hype and expectations for it's maiden voyage. I don't think many are hyping this or expecting this to do anything on pop radio.

Seriously when is this just going to be like "Hey everyone, we were just joking and none of these terrible remixes were meant to see the light of day"?
Also may I add that Beachin' is quite clearly my least favorite country song out there right now. That chuckle Jake Owen does before he says the title of the track in the chorus grinds at my very soul.

I'm beachin' about the fact that they had to do this to the song.

LMAO not again.
Can we get Shania Twain back please who actually put thought and effort in her Pop remixes? This is just so embarrassing at this point.

Shania's pop versions were designed to break onto the European and world-wide markets. Current CRap is for domestic purposes, only. Very distressing and awkward for everybody concerned and the industry in general.

I like most of the other country/pop crossovers right now, but this one isn't that great at all.

I love this trend. Absolutely adore it. Up until now, country was an unlistenable morass, a hopeless swamp. Now it can produce quality drinking anthems. I for one welcome our new country overlords. This song not so much though. They should rerelease Drink To That All Night.

This remix is TERRIBLE.
What ever happened to good ol' fashioned pop mixes of country songs WITHOUT including a pop singer or rapper?

Bah, not a fan of this. I generally like the pop remixes of country songs but I find this particular one just horrendous and I LOVE Beachin'. I don't mind Mike Posner so much in general, but his voice is not working for me on this, and the T-Pain part is way too auto-tuned for me. Had high hopes for this, but .... no no no.

Probably one of the worst trends pop music has had in a long time.

Stop trying to make Ghetto Country happen, it's not going to happen! BUT YET, ITS HAPPENING...... :( But it won't happen for long if this songs are not getting success, and right now only This is how we roll can be considered a medium hit on pop (and i think it's due to the success of Cruising last year). I bet the next one trying to get a crossover hit will avoid the rap verse on his song

These rap remixes are so annoying, i miss the old times when songs like 'Need You Now' and 'Just A Kiss' were crossing over to the Adult formats and Top 40 :(

Drink To That All Night would have been a big hit if This Is How We Roll hadn't appeared. Drink To That All Night was top 50 with a decent bullet and then TIHWR showed up and torpedoed it. Radio will play one of these at a time...
