This is a great album but most tracks are not the flamboyant songs that many associate with Kenny and John.
Standouts for me are "That Kind Of Town" and "Thank God For Pain".
I'll probably go more in depth when I'm not on mobile. :)

Honestly, I haven't found a bad song on it. "That Kind of Town" is a very cool look on the small town theme, "Don't Wake Me Up" is stellar.
I'm not necessarily super high on "I Came to Git Down" or "Rolling Along", but I still like them enough. I think "Loving Lately" is a bit off, it has Tim McGraw in it, but it's like Eric Church in "The Only Way I Know", doesn't feel like he's got a big enough part to justify bringing him in.
Either way, one of the better albums of this year if you ask me.

"Look At You" has grown on me immensely since it was released. Good vocals and great unlike Big & Rich feel. Glad it's been successful and become a top 20 hit for them. "Lovin Lately" is going to be the next single, but it's not among my favorites from this album. It's got a great feel to it but the melody isn't particularly strong and it doesn't stand out from the pack but still a solid track. "Gravity" is the kind of ballad song that Big & Rich have been known for in the past. It's a unique tactic for the subject. "Brand New Buzz" is probably the one song that I was iffy on if I would like it because of the title. This was one of the songs I heard way back in February when John and Kenny were on Sirius/XM. Great melody. Not reinventing anything, but a solid radio friendly song. "Rollin' Along" is fine. Probably among my two least favorites from Gravity. Kenny's unique lead vocals help it though. "Run Away With You" is another song I can see on country radio. Good guitar riff, and good production. "Lose A Little Sleep" has some Big & Rich type lyrics and great steel guitar usage. Don't see it as a single but I enjoy this very much. "Don't Wake Me Up" is my third favorite from Gravity. I would like it be a single at some point, but with this being an independent release, I only see two more singles and the next has already been decided. Good vocals with a great take on a common country song subject. "That Kind Of Town" is either my favorite or second favorite from this record. Not only is it a great take on the small town theme like Kentucky25 mentioned but it's lyrics are stellar. The instrumentation and melody are great to go with it. Likely won't see radio, which is a shame that I instantly think that. "Thank God For Pain" is the perfect example when you get John Rich and Vicki McGehee in the same room to write a song. Classic country vibe and great lyrics with an awesome progression in the chorus. Either my favorite or second favorite off the album. "I Came To Git Down" is once again fine. Nothing spectacular. Just an upbeat song that shows that Kenny and John will still sing these type of songs, but unlike their debut album, this song is more underwhelming. Very good album if you ask me. I still long for the days of the Horse Of A Different Color and Comin To Your City Big & Rich, but I think that nothing will ever compare to those days. It's far better than their last effort though and one of the best albums of the year to me at least.

Pleasantly surprised by this album...a solid listen here from B&R.
Early standouts for me are "Rollin' Along", "Lovin' Lately", "Lose A Little Sleep", and "That Kind Of Town".

Love 4. "Brand New Buzz" 7. "Lose a Little Sleep" 9. "That Kind of Town" 10. "Thank God for Pain"
Like 1. "Look at You" 2. "Lovin' Lately (feat. Tim McGraw)" 3. "Gravity" 6. "Run Away With You" 8. "Don't Wake Me Up"
Dislike 5. "Rollin' Along" 11. "I Came to Git Down"
This is a very good album. "Thank God for Pain" and "That Kind of Town" are the clear standouts, while "Brand New Buzz" and "Lose a Little Sleep" are both more upbeat radio-friendly songs that I loved for some reason. The rest of the songs (with the exception of "Rollin' Along" and "I Came to Git Down") are very strong songs that are better than what a lot of artists are releasing now. 3.5/5
Single Predictions 1. "Look at You" 2. "Lovin' Lately (feat. Tim McGraw)" If 3. "Brand New Buzz" If 4. "Thank God for Pain"
"Lose a Little Sleep", "Run Away With You", and "Rollin' Around" are the other top contenders.
