I didn't hear this once ???? wish CHR stations would have spun it a few times like they did with Ariana's It wasn't pushed to pop stations like Ariana's was. Also, pop just doesn't spin Christmas music that much. Yeah nothing wrong with a #2 finish. Hopefully "Every Christmas" or "Winter Dreams" next year. Given how much airplay they got from how little investment this year, no reason why not. I hope each original gets released every year until they run out and then it's time for Christmas album two! Hey, I can dream. |

I see no reason why they won't send out something next year. Probably Winter Dreams but I would love Every Christmas. It isn't as if they have to do any promotion or spend any money. If it gets spins, great, if not, no loss. I never heard this on my local AC station, though, so that was kind of upsetting.
I wouldn't be upset about CHR not playing this. The only Christmas songs in recent years to get any play have been from Justin Bieber and now Ariana Grande and they weren't blowing up the charts. In order to get a Christmas song on CHR you have to be one of the hottest current artists out there and fairly new. In other words, you have to be at a place in your career where CHR would play ANYTHING you put out and that has long passed for Kelly. lol

Came on shuffle while listening to music today and I was floored by it all over again. Her performance of this on her Christmas special was phenomenal.

I feel like I hear this song everywhere at Christmas time. "At Christmas" on Kylie's reissue is similar and always makes me think I'm going to hear this song instead.

I honestly hope this song is the one that gets the most recurrent play from the album. Always been my favorite and has such a holiday, nostalgic vibe without trying too hard like UTT.

This is one of my favorite Kelly songs ever and I'm not just talking about Christmas songs. It's such a beautifully well-written song. It totally deserved a nice video.

I haven't really been into this one much over the years. It's cute, but not one of my favorites. Something changed this year, it suddenly clicked and it's become one of my go-tos this holiday season.
