Actually it would be very difficult to get all this information together. I’d have to go through 60 years of charts and identify situations where artists are credited as duets rather than as regular duos and there is no simple way to differ or differentiate those. But, hey, if you want to put together a full and accurate list of every do a duet that has appeared in the history of the Billboard charts feel free to do so and I’ll try to get those numbers. Nope, I'm good, like you I don't have the time to sort through loads of data to produce a more accurate list, I'll just settle for what you have already! One more question though, about Elvis being #1: Did you include any of his hits on the Billboard charts that existed before the Hot 100 began in 1958? (Top 100, Bestsellers in Stores, etc.). He had quite a few hits on these other charts starting in 1956, so it would seem surprising if he's able to be #1 even minus all that activity.

My chart only includes the period of the Hot 100 starting in 1958. That’s why there are lower numbers for acts like Pat Boone, Nat King Cole or Frank Sinatra than there is on the Whitburn version.

A buddy is gonna help me automatically rip every single Hot 100 chart and then were gonna figure out a way to get any info I want just by typing it in. The project will probably take a few months, but once it's done I'll have every chart run and be able to calculate whatever I want.

Still working on the top 100 of course, but here's my estimated points for the top ten. Big fat credit to Daniel Collins, georgetherunner314, and iHype for providing enough info for me to do this. Y'all are great people.
*Also, a lot of super recent songs like SICKO MODE, Girls Like You, Lucid Dreams, etc. might be higher on my final prediction than what Billboard does. I'm using the multiplier from Dec. 3, 2016 - July 7, 2018. I have a huge feeling that July 14, 2018 - present might be a lower multiplier (like, .75 or something) but I have no way of knowing for sure. We'll see.
1. Uptown Funk Est. Points: 1,457,956
2. Party Rock Anthem Est. Points: 1,435,904
3. Shape of You Est. Points: 1,385,854
4. Closer Est. Points: 1,373,992
5. We Found Love Est. Points: 1,247,996
6. Somebody That I Used to Know Est. Points: 1,216,655
7. Despacito Est. Points: 1,216,284
8. Rolling in the Deep Est. Points: 1,212,507
9. Call Me Maybe Est. Points: 1,146,616
10. Blurred Lines Est. Points: 1,136,592

I’m so happy “We Found Love” still ranks in the top five thus far. Can you do the artists list next? Also, where do you see “Girls Like You” peaking? #8-10? Thus far it seems like only Maroon 5 and Ed Sheeran will have two songs in the top 20 decade-end list as lead artists. Bruno Mars also but he’s credited as a feature on “Uptown Funk”.

No promises on the artists list, I can try but I'm calculating all this manually. Idk if I have the drive to calculate the ten billion Drake songs this decade, lol. If I can get all this done automatically, I'll have more than just an artists list :) I haven't calculated GLY yet, but I suspect its around the top 20. The multipliers used in Daniel Collins formula are incorrect, so I doubt it's 12 at this time. It miiiiight finish top 10, but it all depends on what it does after the Superbowl and if my theory about the current multiplier being lower is correct. (Also, top 5 should be pretty much locked at this point, so thats good news for you.)

It would also be interesting to see a list of the years from fastest moving to slowest moving. Overall, it's good to see this thread being updated. Great work! Took a while but I finally figured out what you were asking for, and that's my fault not yours.
The scale is based on taking my inverse-position points count for the top ten songs each year and comparing it to the average across all years, which is 46516.24. (The number you'll get if you multiply the Top 10 points by the Multiplier.
The years and multiplier have both been color-scaled, so the old years are in pink, latest in sky blue (so anomalies in that column should stick out). The file is sorted by ascending Top 10 points.
Oddly enough, there's no year where the top ten is within 10% of the overall average. There's a jump from a factor of 1.110 to a factor of 0.909!

I should have the top ~125 in the next couple of weeks, so I probably won't finish until the Feb 16. or Feb 23 chart, so until the list (up until Feb. 2) is complete, I'm not gonna update songs currently on the chart.

Using my inverse-position & adjusted for chart year formula, here's my top 50 of the decade.
1 | Shape of You | Ed Sheeran 2 | Uptown Funk! | Mark Ronson 3 | Closer | The Chainsmokers 4 | Party Rock Anthem | LMFAO 5 | Despacito | Luis Fonsi 6 | Radioactive | Imagine Dragons 7 | Somebody That I Used To Know | Gotye 8 | Rolling In The Deep | Adele 9 | Perfect | Ed Sheeran 10 | Blurred Lines | Robin Thicke 11 | Call Me Maybe | Carly Rae Jepsen 12 | Thrift Shop | Macklemore 13 | Royals | Lorde 14 | That's What I Like | Bruno Mars 15 | We Found Love | Rihanna 16 | See You Again | Wiz Khalifa 17 | All About That Bass | Meghan Trainor 18 | Dark Horse | Katy Perry 19 | God's Plan | Drake 20 | Happy | Pharrell Williams 21 | Rockstar | Post Malone 22 | Girls Like You | Maroon 5 23 | Counting Stars | OneRepublic 24 | All Of Me | John Legend 25 | Shake It Off | Taylor Swift 26 | Thinking Out Loud | Ed Sheeran 27 | The Hills | The Weeknd 28 | Moves Like Jagger | Maroon 5 29 | One More Night | Maroon 5 30 | One Dance | Drake 31 | Trap Queen | Fetty Wap 32 | We Are Young | Fun. 33 | Love Yourself | Justin Bieber 34 | Can't Stop the Feeling | Justin Timberlake 35 | Sorry | Justin Bieber 36 | Wake Me Up! | Avicii 37 | Give Me Everything | Pitbull 38 | Sexy And I Know It | LMFAO 39 | Havana | Camila Cabello 40 | Ho Hey | The Lumineers 41 | Locked Out Of Heaven | Bruno Mars 42 | I Like It | Cardi B 43 | Some Nights | Fun. 44 | Don't Let Me Down | The Chainsmokers 45 | Cheap Thrills | Sia 46 | Meant To Be | Bebe Rexha 47 | Stay With Me | Sam Smith 48 | Someone Like You | Adele 49 | Can't Feel My Face | The Weeknd 50 | Work | Rihanna
GLY has lots of room to grow, and I fully expect it will reach the top 10. Particularly since, for now I'm adjusting 2018 on the same basis as 2017, and I think when the real figure is determine all 2018 songs will get adjusted upward.

So this has nothing to do with BB’s formula and what the Decade-End Hot 100 will look like? I’m confused. Would you mind posting the most likely BB version seeing as... that’s what we’ll eventually be looking at? Accurate or not.

Rockgolf has a system separate from Billboard's system, so it'll be different from how Billboard does it. If you wanna see Billboard's system, I posted the top 25 and will have the whole 100 plus some in a week or so. I post more updates on the pulse discord if you're interested.

Wow - crazy how Maroon 5 have their biggest hit ~15 years into their career with "Girls Like You".
Talk about longevity.

Any chance you're gonna do the top 200 or is that too much work for you? Reason I'm asking this is because I own a Spotify playlist with the projected top 200 instead of 100.

Yeah...but Cher had her biggest hit 35 years into her career, so Maroon don't impress me much. Cher definitely had the biggest comeback in my eyes. You could argue Madonna's "Hung Up" (but she still had recent big hits), but Cher's was on a whole other level.

I should have the top ~125 in the next couple of weeks, so I probably won't finish until the Feb 16. or Feb 23 chart, so until the list (up until Feb. 2) is complete, I'm not gonna update songs currently on the chart. Any chance you're gonna do the top 200 or is that too much work for you? Reason I'm asking this is because I own a Spotify playlist with the projected top 200 instead of 100. I could. I could probably figure out the top 200 by the end of the decade and then adjust the list once the decade end comes out

Songs that haven't been fully tracked since the 60th Anniversary came out:
10. *Girls Like You - 1,143,120 11. God's Plan - 1,137,645.6 62. Lucid Dreams - 809,640
I Like It - 803,698 Sicko Mode - 801,493 Psycho - 757,813 Nice For What - 743,109 Meant to Be - 742,270
Better Now - 708,441
--2000's CUTOFF: 704,203- In My Feelings - 687,844
I should have the full list out by tomorrow. The 2010s are waaaay stronger than the 2000s points-wise, so it's kinda hard to compare and I think that the 2000s cutoff won't work well as a 2010s cutoff but we'll see. I'm about 59% done with the list.

Damn, "Blurred Lines" seems really undervalued with Billboard's formula.
A 7 million+ digital hit and airplay monster (biggest AI peak in Billboard history), and it's #12 on the decade chart lol.

Blurred Lines doubled the points of the #2 song during its 9th and 10th week at #1. I Will Always Love You is the only other song to double the #2 in points after more than 8 weeks at the top.

Starships is higher than Super Bass? I LOVE #90-#97, hope they can make it. Also, such a shame for Thunder and Believer, still big on the recurrent chart.

Am I the only one who kinda wants to see what a decade-end 1k would look like?
