Meh. Been there, done that. I want something fresh and I don't really think RedOne is the man for the job but...we'll see.

At least we know we are going to get radio friendly jams as I do agree that RedOne has definitely done some of her best singles. If nothing else, give RedOne the singles.

She's worked with RedOne on at least one song for every album she's released as a solo act.

True. I guess his recent work with her hasn't been that memorable then. The highlight of their collabs were clearly during The Fame/FM era.

Judas would've been a smash had the lyrical content been differently. That song is still fire. Gypsy is also a track I wish would've seen release after DWUW.

RedOne was responsible for Hair and Scheisse. That alone makes me excited.

A part of me thinks she could've gotten away with 'Judas' had she not pulled that stunt with the timing of its release. It wasn't really religious at all, but she kind of forced that interpretation on everyone which... yeah, it wasn't ok. I'd honestly love to know what was going on behind the scenes for Born This Way. There was probably a LOT of conflict between her and her label, and I'm not convinced she didn't act without their approval on a number of things. She's worked with RedOne on at least one song for every album she's released as a solo act. Didn't they unfollow each other on Twitter during the ARTPOP sessions, though? I believe there was reported beef (and a lot of people assumed that was why his tracks never made the cut). That's why I, and I'm assuming others are happy to see them in the studio together.

Real talk: A layer of RedOne polish on Venus would have made it an unbeatable pop song.

That's why I, and I'm assuming others are happy to see them in the studio together. They did. There was reported beef and thankfully it either didn't occur or it's now been put aside for them to work on more records together. They bring out the best in each other.

Billboard is excited too! www.billboard.com/articles/columns/pop-shop/6443591/lady-gaga-redone-collaboration-excited10 reasons why this is the Lady Gaga news we've been waiting for: 10. Because the opening seconds of "Poker Face" are dance-pop perfection. 9. Because where are my keys I lost my phone. 8. Because the music and beat of "Boys Boys Boys" is simple but catchy as hell. 7. Because haters to the left: "Gypsy" was a great song and we'll never understand why it didn't perfom better on radio or the charts, particularly after her great Saturday Night Live performance. (Really Billboard?!?? Really??) 6. Because whether you wanted to or not you couldn't stop humming "Jud-AS, Jud-ah-ah-ah, Jud-AS, Jud-ah-ah-ah." 5. Because our iPods need new workout playlist music like yesterday. 4. Because discostick. 3. Because these lyrics from "Scheibe": "Love is objectified by what men say is right/...Blonde high-heeled feminist, enlisting femmes for this/ Express your womankind, fight for your right/ When I'm on a mission, I rebuke my condition/ If you're a strong female you don't need permission." That's some kick-ass feminist ish right there. 2. Because besides being insanely catchy, "Poker Face" cemented the persona of a woman who was in on the joke. See also: "Fold 'em, let 'em hit me, raise it baby, stay with me." 1. Because "Bad Romance" is incredible pop, expertly combining dance music with something darker. It crystalized Gaga's edge, dominiated radio, gave way to a showstopping video, and had a killer melody line. Show us someone who isn't taken with an urge to make a monster claw when the chorus hits, and we'll show you a liar.

I'm really excited that RedOne is back in the studio w/her, however, I would be overjoyed if she also brings Fernando Garibay back into the picture as well.

RedOne+Gaga>>>life
Couldn't be happier they're collabing again. I'm ready for Poker Face/Bad Romance 2015 (and no I don't mean a rehash but that type song with a modern facelift).

RedOne was responsible for Hair and Scheisse. That alone makes me excited. Scheisse is the best song Gaga has ever done, in my opinion.

GAGA and RedOne again? Gosh we are not worthy :'(
Finally Gaga has realized that trying to be unique and special wasn't working for her, glad that she has seen the light again

I really am so excited for her next album! I wonder if it is overly optimistic to hope for a debut single by the end of this year?

I'm not sure I'm that excited about RedOne. Sure, he did a great job in 2008/9 with her, but he hasn't had a hit song recently. Starships in 2012 is the last big hit he produced, unless i'm forgetting something.

Unless he updates his sound/gets a new sound, this isn't even exciting news to me. His sound is stale. I don't think them reuniting (especially when he did a song on ARTPOP anyway) is a sign that they're going to churn out the magic of her first couple of albums.

Technically he was only a writer on 'Gypsy', although he could've been a ghost producer as well. Either way, I'd completely forgotten that he did actually make it on the album in some capacity. I wouldn't be concerned about his sound honestly. His work with Gaga (post The Fame) was never that samey or similar to his other production work at all.
