I don't know what's going on in here. Unless we're talking alternative facts, in which case, yes, it's an alternative fact that Joanne has already outperformed ANTI. Reports say it has sold 1.5 million.

LG6, or an album involving Gaga rather, is on target for October 2017 release (via Breatheheavy).

isn't she involved with a movie of some sorts? Could it be the soundtrack?

I forget. Is that a reliable source? I'd say C2C2 also. Seems odd that there'd be rumblings of a Gaga album this far in advance on the heels of Joanne, regardless of how Joanne is doing.

I'd love nothing more than a full new pop album from Gaga in 2017 but I highly doubt it. Not since 2009 has she had turnover like that.

So now that it's all but a given that Million Reasons is done, they should push A-YO into full gear going into the Superbowl, which I still think has the strongest single potential from the album.

It would be great to see LG perform the Oscar nominated song Audition (la la land) at the oscars.

Every now and then, I still kick myself for not pulling out all the stops to see The Monster Ball. And even back then, I had the assumption that she'd sputter out and descend out of the stratosphere, so I don't even have the excuse that I thought it'd happen again.
I did end up catching her about a year and a half ago with Tony, but I'm just not interested in paying to see the stage version of this album. I'll hold off til the next big Pop wave in music hopefully pushes her into some kind of similar direction.

I'd recommend checking out The Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden on Blu-ray or DVD then. I caught that tour a month before the "Born This Way" album came out and the recorded show is a great representation of what I saw that night. It's definitely a good mix of the material from "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster". I'd kill for a real studio version of "Glitter and Grease" too. I have no idea if that even exists.

The Monster Ball was good, but she talked too damn much and it killed the momentum a number of times. To the point I, and others, were getting mad. So I give the show as a whole a B. If she would just shut up lol.

I saw the Monster Ball twice. Once in Toronto and once during the HBO taping just after Born This Way came out. It was such a treat and she performed Born This Way twice in the encore. Once a cappella (I think because there were technical difficulties) and then again with the music (which is what made the DVD).
I love when artists talk between songs in concert. I actually don't like when there's nothing said between songs. You got to have something said, and better if it's spontaneous or doesn't sound rehearsed. It helps bridged that connection.

I saw the Monster Ball twice. Same here. I saw her on the first leg in Chicago, and later in the tour in Miami when she started performing "Born This Way". I also saw her on The Fame Ball Tour and at the ArtRave, both of which I loved. Taking into account how great her vocals have been this era, I'm sure I'll be seeing her a fifth time.
