Every now and then, I still kick myself for not pulling out all the stops to see The Monster Ball. And even back then, I had the assumption that she'd sputter out and descend out of the stratosphere, so I don't even have the excuse that I thought it'd happen again. I did end up catching her about a year and a half ago with Tony, but I'm just not interested in paying to see the stage version of this album. I'll hold off til the next big Pop wave in music hopefully pushes her into some kind of similar direction. I'd recommend checking out The Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden on Blu-ray or DVD then. I caught that tour a month before the "Born This Way" album came out and the recorded show is a great representation of what I saw that night. It's definitely a good mix of the material from "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster". I'd kill for a real studio version of "Glitter and Grease" too. I have no idea if that even exists. I watched that when it aired and liked it, as well as the videos I saw of the first version (especially since she did Fashion as well). It was definitely a great setlist. From the videos I've seen, she indeed can drag out her talking on stage (she didn't so much when I saw her aside from saying that her family was there that night too, but Tony was the one telling stories), but honestly I'd take that any day over someone who just walks up, plays their music, and leaves. I had a friend in high school who loved Bob Dylan and was extremely disappointed from his show for that reason. |

Gaga never disappoints live. I've seen her during each tour sans the Fame Ball which was due to an age restricted show. 🙄
I've been working tirelessly to have the necessary coins drop when she releases the tour dates come next Sunday.
I do hope she continues having VIP packages and possibly includes a a M&G as she did with the artRave.

Promote the album or the Superbowl?
She has Million Reasons still chugging along, but no single would give the album as much promo as the pending Superbowl. Wait until after the SB to push a single.

She will probably launch the new single era and tour at/after the Super Bowl... which is about right as no song would really have the time to become known before the event now anyway
