well since AATB increased in sales significantly I think the top three will remain static. In fact I can see even 4 and 5 will too. actually they did watch to see the guy lol. Steve Kardynal is a pretty big YouTube star with his Songs In Real Life series. If a much less known figure would have done the exact same thing with the exact same song it wouldn't get nearly as much views. Though if the same much less known person posted the official audio clip while the song is pretty popular then it would get a pretty decent number of views. And yes that is precisely it - I don't think parody videos should count I realize that me saying that won't have an impact on Billboard's methodology but I'm just stating my beliefs

I actually disagree with this. I don't think nearly as many people would watch the video if it wasn't for the song. If the guy did that to a song that no one had heard of, it would only get a small share of those views. By choosing a highly recognizable song, that alone would spark a huge amount of interest for the video. And let's face it, for that week, it was the most popular song. It was high on airplay and still in sales and the song was heard in the millions that week because of that video.

nah I still think it would get almost as many views if it was some funny video about something else. And WB was barely, if at all, top ten in sales and out of top five in airplay. Even the official video though still #1 in streaming didn't have much of a lead. I still think The Monster was the much more popular song - it was ahead even in airplay despite the fact that it was only a few weeks old. I honestly even think that it should've been #1 the previous two or three weeks as well for a total of 7 or 8 weeks at #1 but I guess it's possible that a large lead in airplay and streaming might have possibly been enough so we will leave that one. Had this new methodology introduced last week been around back then, TM would've had 6-8 weeks at #1 for sure. I really wish they had used this methodology from the very beginning in February 2013 when streaming was first included. I hope they are keeping on-demand streaming the same because it's an excellent indication of the most popular song - as good as sales IMO.

Blank Space looks very likely to become Taylor's longest-running #1. I'm quite sure that it'll get 2 more weeks at #1 after this week. Funny, Blank Space would still be number one this week even if it had 0 streaming
