Hello! I thought this would be an interesting topic.....what hit songs also have versions in other languages? Here is my example: there is a Spanish version of Jennifer Lopez's On the Floor available as a bonus track on the Deluxe Version of LOVE? It is called "Ven a Bailar." :)

Practically all Ricky Martin hits have an spanish version (Private emotion didn't have one probably because it's a duet with Meja).
The same for Shakira, it's easier to find songs with no spanish version (Underneath your clothes, Empire, Give it all to me) that the ones with one
Enrique Iglesias on the other hand has a lot spanglish songs, but generally has spanish albums and different english albums, anyway there's a good bunch of songs with two version, Bailando is the most recent

I think there must be quite a lot, since I remember I went to France for a day about 5 years ago I think, and I was listening to the radio and I heard numerous songs that were hits at the time but with their vocals in French, I think some of them were actually by different vocalists.

Talk Dirty by Jason DeRulo. Huh? Some that I remember: Madonna - You'll see (Verás) Madonna - What it feels like for a girl (Lo que siente la mujer) Bon Jovi - This ain't a love song (Como yo nadie te ha amado) Toni Braxton - Unbreak my heart (Regresa a mí) Celine Dion - All by myself (Sola otra vez) Erasure - Love to hate you (Amor y odio) Many of Abba's songs: Chiquitita, Fernando, Happy new year (Felicidad), Gimme gimme gimme (Dame dame dame) Jennifer López - Ain't it funny (Qué ironía), Waiting for tonight (Una noche más) Marc Anthony - I need to know (Dímelo) Enrique Iglesias - Be with you (Solo me importas tú), Hero (Héroe), Escape (Escapar) As mentioned before, Shakira's songs are mostly in Spanish. Same with Gloria Estefan especially in the 1980s: Anything for you (No te olvidaré), Words get in the way (No me vuelvo a enamorar), Don't wanna lose you (Si voy a perderte), Coming out of the dark (Desde la oscuridad), Oye mi canto, Heaven's what I feel (Corazón prohibido)

Talk Dirty by Jason DeRulo. Huh? This Spanish version of "Talk Dirty". The chorus and 2 Chainz verse are still in English though.

It was actually the first single of her Spanish album Mi Reflejo and received full promo, with a video showing her lip syncing to the Spanish lyrics :) thankfully it was based on the original version (my favorite). She also recorded a Spanish version of Reflection, btw (precisely Mi reflejo) but wasn't a hit. Regarding Mariah, a couple of other tracks: Beautiful (Hermosa), Open arms (El Amor Que Soñé)

"Mickey" by Toni Basil had a Spanish version. Also, Alicia Keys "No One" which was called "Nadie" but it was sung by Prima J not Alicia - not sure if that counts.
Oh and how could we forget these mega-hit classics: Paulina Rubio's "Don't Say Goodbye"/"Si Tu Te Vas" and Thalia's "I Want You"/"Me Pones Sexy". ;)

Hero lyrics in spanish are cringeworthy.
Jon Secada had several hits in spanish, Otro día más sin verte (Just another day) was huge. Si te vas (if you go) was successful too as it was the spanish version of Angel.
I think in Canada is quite usual for an artist to have french and english versions. Andee who had a top 40 hit a few weeks ago in the canadian chart with Never gone has a french version of that song..
Of course if we go for non english, most italian singers like Eros Ramazzoti, Laura Pausini or Kworb's fave Tizziano Ferro have spanish versions of their songs which is pretty understable, both languages are fairly similar and spanish market is inmense in comparision with italian one.
I think Selena Gomez has some spanish versions too.
The late Selena had spanish versions of her hit I could fall in love
Most latino stars play both markets at the same time, at least the latinos who speak spanish (now it seems trendy but some decades ago some of them seemed to prefer to not talk spanish at all). Anyway speaking the language you are singing is not strictly necesary, ABBA didn't speak spanish and had several hits in spanish (Chiquitita version is wonderful), and Corona didn't speak english and that didn't prevent Rhythm of the night to become a hit

Janet Jackson - Come Back To Me (Vuelve A Mi) Janet Jackson - Again (French version) Michael Jackson & Siedah Garrett - I Just Can't Stop Loving You (Todo Mi Amor Eres Tu)

Oddly enough, I'm driving around with my brother and he just played a Spanish version of Dido's "Thank You". I hadn't heard it before but it's called "Gracias" and its sung by Flans.

Not sure where these ended up on pop radio (at least in the US) but:
Enrique had a franglais version of Tired Of Bring Lonely called Laisse Le Destin Emporter
Robbie Williams had a french version of Love Supreme called Amour Supreme.
Girls Aloud had an absolutely cringeworthy french version of Cànt Speak French, appropriately called Je Ne Parle Pas Français.

Surprised no one called "if I were a boy" by Beyoncé. And also "irreplaceable"

Other examples came to mind: N Sync - This I promise you (yo te voy a amar) Vanessa Williams - Colors of the wind (colores en el viento) Backstreet boys - I'll never break your heart (nunca te haré llorar) Bryan Adams - Everything I do I do it for you (Todo lo que hago lo hago por ti) David lee Roth - Goin' crazy (loco del calor) Pat Benatar - Ooh ooh song (la canción del oh oh) The Police - De do do do, De da da da Robbie Williams - Angel Selena Gomez - A year without rain (Un año sin ver llover) Nelly Furtado - All good things come to an end (lo bueno tiene un final)
Also, I had forgotten about Erasure - Always (Siempre)

Boom! Bang! Sheena Easton released her Spanish album "Todo me recuerda a ti" in 1984 - Telephone (Teléfono), Almost over you (Todo me recuerda a ti), Morning train (El primer tren)

There's a German version of "Major Tom." Abba recorded many of their English songs in French.
And Sheena Easton put out a Spanish-language album of her English hits translated.

This past weekend Premiere played an AT40 from the 1980s in which an extra was the Beatles singing "She Loves You" in German ("Sie Liebt Dich.")

That's a slightly different case, Sugababe's Too lost in you was originally a french hit by Patricia Kaas
