This and Ghosttown deserve every bit of the success of any of the Ray of Light singles. They are fantastic pop records and Madonna hasn't made music of that quality in over a decade IMO. Not that it will matter, but here's to hoping!

All I can say...this is flawless. This is what I was hoping at least one the official remixes would sound like. This needs an all-out 90s house mix, like a remix that would have come out during Erotica or Bedtime Stories. |

If I play all 9 remixes on Spotify 3 times a day, do the 27 plays count towards it's overall points? Forgot how the remixes work with Spotify and the Hot 100.

We're not sure what's going on. It's not an hour-on-the-hour promo, that much is known.
Z-100's played it five times today, while KIIS in Los Angeles has played it a few times.
In the meantimne, it manged to reverse course on iTunes earlier today (as it was ready to drop out of the top 200), and is ranked at around 190. Over at Amazon.com (where, granted, sales aren't as high as iTunes), it was at 177 earlier today; it's now 127.

Playing RIGHT NOW on WAEB-FM in Allentown, Pa.  The DJ mentioned a female name who requested it. EDIT: The recent spin on WAEB was part of "Saturday Night Online," which, it looks,like it's hosted by a Z-100 on-air personality? (Romeo) Nonetheless, WAEB did play it earlier, too. |

It's enough of a risk to trade an hour of airtime for an someone in Madonna's position (career wise) that Interscope would likely have to pay more for an hour (+) slot of back-to-back new Madonna tracks than would even be worth it. Madonna's album sales over the past decade haven't been that great even with much more high-profile singles, so what are the chances that force feeding her album to listeners for an hour will have any more of a positive effect on album sales than a hit single? Her latter day albums have routinely outsold those by many younger stars getting far more current airplay. Not that radio programmers care. |

Her Add date got screwed because Rhianna sent her song out of the blue.
Everybody Added of course along Arianna Grande. So there was no room.
Now,this upcoming week the 16th is looking good.
So hopefully,no one else will pull a Rhianna and there is space open on radio playlists.
The 16th Tuesday is looking good for Madonna!!

This song is miles better than most of the songs being played on the top 40 recently
so if age is the only thing repelling the DJs from playing it then really shame on them
this deserves to be a worldwide smash and even reach #1 on radio not barely cracking the top 100 :S

Is there some kind of promotion going on for z100 , the largest play market, to spin 5 times in one day.? I don't recall that many spins from z100 unless there was a radio deal in recent years for M ( besides 4M ).

I do wish the remixer would have kept the vocals in the original key and manipulated the instrumental and Haddaway vocals to be even lower in key so it would sound a little more natural. |

No, there is no deal as far as we know,
Z100 is simply leading the charge in typical fashion.
Her team clearly did a hard push for the track.
We will see if this continues on Sunday??

I think 200 spins is probably the best Valentine's Day present I've ever received:  All indications are that airplay will continue into Sunday - several iHeartMedia stations have played LFL since midnight. |

On Mediabase's Spin-Increase list (which is for all stations, not just the stations that comprise the official chart panel), LFL has a +287 for the Feb. 8-14 period.
Leaders are KVLY-FM in McAllen, Texas (10 spins, 0.094m audience), KLJT-FM in Tyler, Texas (10 spins, 0.005m audience), WHTZ-FM in New York, N.Y. (7 spins, 0.366m audience) and KZCH-FM in Wichita, Kansas (7 spins, 0.018m audience).
No starters are listed, even though a number of stations played it 1-6 times.

Z100 played Madonna at 4:48 this morning so spins should continue.
Remeber Countdown shows are airing right now in America like Ryan Seacrest
who is on a zillion stations. When regular programming resumes after 12:00 Eastern we will
now for sure if the spins continue.
