It's been quite stable the last 24 hours. Cumulus has been increasing rotation. Even 6 times a day on some of their stations like WHTS, WIOG, WWCK, KKOB, KQXY, WAOA, KLAL, WMGB, WSSX, KQHN. KRBE in Houston and Q100 in Atlanta, their biggest top40 stations, have added it too. Support from Clear Channel is still decent. We sill have Z100 and Kiss Fm Boston on board to name a few, but not KIIS or Kiss fm Chicago.

Good stuff from Madonna. her voice has matured adding a fresh sound to dance oriented music. Her and J-Lo still do it best. Both Leo women. She looks great on the video too. I like the Minotaur concept and the message about animal cruelty. let's hope she slays her young and inexpirienced peers on the charts.

^It's 772 spins out of top 30, so reaching that would be a challenge, especially as Nos. 28-36 are all bulleted, and the airplay is settling back.
A local top 40 station, WBHT, has upped spin over the last few days.

Hopefully more stations come on board! And the stations that are playing move the song up on their playlists!
'Living For Love' is at #34 on airplay mediabase,if that doesn't motivate more to jump on board,I don't know what will
now is the time! We shall see this week....

Mediabase's chart doesn't include two tracks (recurrents for Mediabase) that will appear in the BDS top 20, so "Living For Love" should come in at around No. 36 on Billboard's Mainstream Top 40/Pop Songs chart.

LFL #28 in Z100's playlist up from 47 last week This is something to be very proud of. M, without a featured artist , in top 30 playlist on the largest and influential radio station is great news.

Madonna debuts on Pop Songs at No. 36 with "Living for Love," aided by concentrated on plays on several iHeartMedia-owned stations; for instance, WHTZ New York played it 19 times in the week ending Feb. 22, according to Nielsen Music, and KIIS Los Angeles spun it 16 times. She makes her 29th visit (dating to the chart's October 1992 launch) and first since 2012, when "Give Me All Your Luvin'," featuring Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., and "Girl Gone Wild" reached Nos. 24 and 38, respectively (sparked by notable plays at iHeartMedia; "Luvin' " aired hourly for nearly three days at the chain leading up to her Super Bowl halftime appearance that year). www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/6480337/chart-highlights-madonnas-living-for-love-debuts-on-pop-songs

So did the spins stabilize? Or how long does it take.

Will they push this at Hot Ac/Ac, or they saving that for single #2?

From other reports I'm reading that another day of negatives then leveling off for a slow increase leading to album week. I pray that her team promotes LFL with a banner on iTunes.

If airplay and sales remain at this same level for the whole week, will it be able to debut on the Hot 100?

^Sales probably will have dropped 50% or so for the week that just ended- and if there's an airplay gain, it won't be a large one. U.S. streaming really is the unknown factor- it had 587,000 streams for the 2/28 charts. It probably would need a significant bump to be a Hot 100 contender for this week.

I think it's best chance to enter hot 100 is the week the album is released. The waiting on how this performs with AirPlay this week is torturous.

For the Wed-Tues. period, it may have an ever-so-slight airplay gain for this week. But, yeah, I agree that its best shot probably is album-release week.

Will they push this at Hot Ac/Ac, or they saving that for single #2? i hope they push this for hotac/ac. In my opinion Ghosttown is the best choice for second single and it should be pushed on all formats. Of course that's after LFL 's longevity. :)

Madonna has 2 Weeks left to pull out all the stops for LFL before the album drops! She can gain a lot of ground for the single so it's at its highest possible airplay when the album is released. She should come out of the shadows and sing the song. It seems she wont perform on little shows like Ellen, Tonight Show etc. Maybe she thinks her brands too big for those shows, but the View and Ellen is exactly the demographic the song has.

The update is bad, the position on itunes is worse.
If she really want this to happen she needs to promote it, there's no other way

maybe LFL just isn't as good/classic as everyone thought it is. For example, usually Canada and the UK eat up whatever Madonna releases and this is just going nowhere. I checked the Canadian airplay update and it's not being played at all...
Which is weird because the first single off her last album did well(ish). I think her last album really hurt her brand in a sense. Now nobody is into LFL which is way higher quality then GMAYL.
I hope this era doesn't come and go just as quick

Mediabase Quick-Cut Info 7.504m (- 1.13m)
With tomorrow's update, airplay should end up close to where it was last week (it was at 5.927m in Mediabase numbers).
These kinds of negative updates should continue the rest of the week, following the "big" airplay it got the first seven days. Once the dust clears, we'll see where it goes.
I was not even expecting it to crack the top 40 at pop radio, so main mission accomplished. :)
I wonder if the Brits performance will be a duplicate of the Grammys- hopefully there's something different added to the mix. Though when she performed "Hung Up" in 2005/2006, the performances were pretty samey.
t- whether LFL is of "classic" quality has little to do with how well it will do on the charts. if Madonna- at 56- released one of her Immaculate Collection-era classics, or even anything from the late 90s/early 2000s at this point, do you think they'd be as big as they were back then? More than likely not.

I guess I was just hoping for one more classic/success that she could add to the Immaculate Collection. At this point Hung Up is the last of the classic M tunes.

There are several other tracks on her recent albums that rank among her best, but at some point everyone stops getting mega hits. "Ghosttown" is her best shot at a legitimate hit, but this era has been such a mess with no proper "new Madonna era launch" that that ship may have sailed.

So is this song still getting airplay. How is it doing on stations such as Z100?
