The video actually looks like it may have a plot/theme! Wasn't really expecting that. I was expecting to just see her performing on some kind of brightly colored stage with geometric shapes on the background wall the whole time.

I would have loved for the video to feature Kelly and her man. Have them reenact their first date, wedding, etc. And at the very end have them watching a baby monitor with Rivers heartbeats...

I love her and all but I cannot stand her attitude. It's like she doesn't even try anymore. If she were a new artist she would never gain fans simply by standing and waving her arms which seems to have become the norm for her lately.

It's cute. I wanted something really fun, fresh and very bright for this flawless track but at least she looks so damn fine and that's all that matters to me right now, tbh. It could have been edited better though.

I dont know if it's because my standards for a good kelly video are now so low but I actually liked it. It was cute and lovey and she looked great throughout. Isn't on par with never again, hazel eyes, or my all time fav SUBG but it's cute.

Aw. That was kind of adorable. A definite step up from the bland and unmemorable CMB video. The expectations for Kelly videos have (unfortunately) fallen over the years so this video is fine by me. It suits the song.

I definitely wouldn't argue against that, but even if she was miserable there was still a lot more effort put into her videos and looks and performances. It wasn't just the music, but the whole package, which is pretty necessary for gaining fans in the first place. But, she isn't breaking out right now so the original comparison doesn't work. I think she is pretty much set with the amount of fans she has and it is a comfortable place to be in that I doubt she has a burning desire to change. I don't think she really cares about her musical career right now outside of liking to sing and liking music. I doubt we will ever get her putting 100% into a video again or even an intense promotional campaign like she did with even her last few cds lol. But, that is why it is nice that she is already set. Most of her fans, I believe, will stick around for the music no matter what. |

I like this a bit, but it sounds a little bit dated and reserved for some reason. Like it should have been released around summer 2010, it's reminiscent of the very clean electropop sound from then. It would fit in better on a playlist with Bulletproof, California Gurls and Cooler Than Me than what's around now. I actually expected something much more energetic from her as the lead single for some reason. Kurstin's production is also on the duller side. If she'd taken this to Ryan Tedder and if it was just a little bit faster, it would be far more instant imo. There's a good hook in there, but it's too slow to maximize it's potential. Wow, you're right it would fit really well with those songs. Speaking of Tedder, I wonder if she'll ever get over the AG situation and work with him again? I really think they did some great work together on AIEW and their styles complimented each other well. Whether or not Tedder purposefully meant to "screw her over" (which I seriously doubt so much as he just got a little lazy or had Halo in the back of his head from just working on it), he did apologize to her for it. Time to bury the hatchet and make some new music together. |

The shots of her are great. Everything else I could do without. I was cringing with embarrassment for most of the video tbh. Typical, cliche shit... But I'm not disappointed since I wasn't expecting anything out of the box or revolutionary. Glad to see her climbing iTunes at least!
