Johnna got her start as a member of Boy Krazy, who had a big radio hit with That's What Love Can Do in 1993. Johnna split from the group after the followup single Good Times With Bad Boys failed to take off, signing a solo deal with PWL International in the mid-90s. The title track, produced by the legendary Motiv8, is a gay pride classic. It's truly a shame this album didn't take off, if you like 90s hard house, Europop, progressive house, and overall 'raver' music, I highly recommend checking this out! I'm hoping that Cherry Pop will re-issue this album like they did with the Boy Krazy record a few years ago. The album was only released in the UK in July 1996, yet failed to chart. The album spawned 4 singles, all released in 1996: Do What You Feel (No. 43 UK Singles Chart) In My Dreams (No. 66 UK Singles Chart) PrideLet The Spirit Move YouFurther Reading/ViewingPride (Johnna album) - WikipediaJohnna was the subject of a 2006 documentary 'Expect Less' that featured her struggles with life 10 years after her solo career.
