With "Cadillac Cadillac" flopping outside the top twenty and already falling down below the top thirty, the label may have switched to "Bulletproof Picasso" as a cross-format single now - SiriusXM The Pulse added it this week.

This song is fine and all, but I don't see it being a big hit if "Cadillac, Cadillac" couldn't do it. I can see this getting to the 30-35 range based on their name, but that's about it.
I think this is a case of a bland lead single effectively killing an album era before it even got started. Had "Cadillac, Cadillac" been the lead single, I think that the album would be in a different place right now.

In all honesty, I didn't even know they had an era happening right now. :o

This era has been a huge flop...

Yeah I think of "Cadillac, Cadillac" was the lead single, this era would have fared better. "Angel In Blue Jeans" had flop written all over it. I don't see this doing much if "Cadillac, Cadillac" couldn't do anything.

I think this one shoulda been the lead single..."Bulletproof Picasso" is the best I've heard from this album so far, but all 5 singles from last album (that includes "Maybe This'll Be My Year") are still better than this.

with only Pat Monahan and Jimmy Stafford left in the band it's really only Stafford leaving before it becomes a Monahan solo project vehicle again...
would suggest they've seen the last of any high performing chart attacks now...happy to be proven wrong but don't think I will be

There's something about this song...it just sounds like a bigger hit than the first two singles combined, and I haven't thought of a third single like that since "Counting Stars". Not that this is going to the the mammoth of a career-saver that "Counting Stars" was, but I can see this helping regain some degree of relevance on a smaller scale.

I wasn't a big fan of "Angel In Blue Jeans" and I hated "Cadillac, Cadillac" but this is pretty good. If this was the lead single, I think it could've been a big hit.

I posted this in my other thread, but in case anyone here is interested:
"Bulletproof Picasso" is Train's 22nd time on the HAC chart. It's also Pat Monahan's 25th time at HAC, only 1 time away from tying Rob Thomas for most charted hits at Hot AC. (One of those appearances is as a featured artist).

starting to drop spins now after edging up to #23 over the course of a few months over 1000 spins between 23 and 19 with big gaps in between those numbers as well think it may have reached it's peak unless something strange happens from here their best from this current album but it hasn't got much to compete against as the album is pretty average overall in my opinion
